It was a nice comfortable room, downside was that the bed was a little too layed in, I literally rolled into a little hole and could feel a hard ridge in the middle of the twin beds. The air ventilation in the bathroom made a lot of noise, keeping me up at night sometimes.

Friendly staff, good breakfast service and thank you for letting me stay here :)

Would class this as more hostel vibes then hotel. No frills, noisey no particular want to help guests or make anyone feel welcome, and not bothered when we complained about amenities and noise we were shrugged at by staff wouldn't recommend. Well overpriced for what it was.

Very nice the room was great with only one or two small issues. The room was not fully cleaned twice over the four days. Glasses we're not changed and soap wasn't changed ether. Expensive for a budget hotel but it is in London. Breakfast was great and lot's of it. Over all really good.

Check in has become an unfriendly experience at ibis hotels, you walk up to reception to be ignored or just looked at no hello or how can I help you have to start the conversation "can I check in please", this is the second time different ibis so it must be the new way!!! Breakfast was advertised to be until 10:30 but despite a half full breakfast room the staff were clearing away by 9:45 and by 10am there was no cold items left just what was left on the hot plates. Rooms were fine, bathroom very tired. Overall disappointing, Ibis has always been our brand of choice but probably not anymore.

So we arrived too early for check in. About 1.30 pm.
I told the person at reception we are a bit early but if the room is not ready and we could just leave our bags....
I was expecting this member of staff to at least pretend to check if the room was available. Instead I was told straight away check in is at 3. Well I was aware and without wanting to sound like a bad client, I to stay in several hotels and never someone didn't try to accommodate their customers. Just try or pretend to.
The rooms are OK but for the rpp quite small. The extraction in the toilet doesn't work. The shower was really noisy making me overconscious for other guests when having a shower after a night out.
And the safety system for the windows was overdue inspection by months!!!!! Now this last situation it is indeed a concern because everything is ok until an emergency actually happens! Not gonna return if I find an option.

Love staying in Ibis hotels, reasonably priced (slightly more expensive than the basic budget hotels) but the rooms are always super comfortable, modern and the breakfast is decent! I was also solo travelling, which as a woman I am always wary about, however no issues at all. Staff and everything were great!

I didn't stay at the hotel but they did allow me to sit in the bar area whilst my taxi came to collect me. I was having problems with my wheelchair and didn't want to wait outside, the staff were very friendly and helpful in the situation and the hotel itself looked very clean and tidy. I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to London as a wheelchair user.

Perfect but very pricey. Staff are amazing. Only one drawback in the wheelchair accessible room was that it's very difficult to enter the room as there's a big metal lip to try get over. I got a push which helped me in though. Thanks for a lovely stay guys.
