Typical poor quality Premier Inn and Restaurant. After traveling 7 hours I found the till/Internet was down and they would only accept cash. I was staying 3 nights but they would not book to my room for payment later. I was advised to go to the nearest cash point and on the way luckily found The Old Rectory pub within walking distance. It was a much more pleasant experience and I drank and ate there for 2 nights. No vegetarian sausages or black pudding at breakfast. Tried the restaurant on the third night and no cheese ploughman's. The rooms are not cleaned unless you ask before 12 and that includes changing towels and topping up tea and coffee. Why is that? They do not reduce the cost. I really enjoyed it😂😂😂

Stayed here many times, the hotel is in a really quiet area, despite the M20 being about a mile away you physically can't hear it. There's also a nice little woodland behind where you can go for a walk which I like to, a boozer and a restaurant next door too which is a bonus. All the staff I have interacted with have all been kind, polite and helpful when I've needed some help. Only issue is that with the location there isn't much about, but for a chilled quiet night it's spot on.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. But unfortunately the rooms were so hot and didn't have aircon. We were provided with 1 fan which just circulated the hot air around the room. Our room never went below 27.5°C. So sleeping was very difficult.

The bedrooms were well equipped, the Brewers Fayre attached to the hotel leaves a lot to be desired! We ate in there on arrival & had a meat sharing platter which was overcooked. The breakfast (which you pay extra for) was awful with rubbery eggs . I thought the cost of our stay was overpriced & would not stay here again. Disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic for price comfortable beds very clean rooms staff that go above and beyond super friendly... Nice well equipped restaurant/bar next door with a children's clean safe play area where they can play whilst you get 5 minutes to yourself with a cuppa!... Will definitely return as always stayed at travel lodge however this is miles better in every way !!! Thank you guys at premier Inn for a lovely experience 😊

In a good location. Services are good. Very friendly staff. Staying in for 5/6 days. Couple of down sides are no network signal in the room. But unlimited free WiFi which is okay. Rooms get hot at night time even left the window open all day. Overall okay.
Oh.. there is a restaurant/ bar next to the hotel. Unlimited breakfast for £9.50.

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable room, receptionist was pleasant and dinner was spot on.

Will 💯💯💯 visit again.

Only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was simply put very poor.

Room was clean with normal facilities. The all you can eat breakfast was great.
Would stay again.
