Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Northampton Town Centre

I cannot say how grateful I was to the Manager Chris after my booking was messed up by the company we have to use for work trips. He went and and beyond his duty. The staff serving food and drinks at the conference were superb. They replenished frequently and quietly. The food for over 400 people was fabulous and hot. Well done.

This is the second time I come to this hotel. The first time was in 2015. It is still a perfect place here in Northampton, close to everything. I would like to especially thank Eugenia and George for their professionalism and wonderful treatment at the hotel bar. It's difficult to find people like them, so kind and competent. The hours I have spent in the bar have made me feel very good. Their recommendations in terms of food and drink, must always be taken into account. Thank you very much and I know where to return again...

Disappointing, service slow (over 20 minutes to check in). Staff only spoke when prompted, no hello or questions about comfort etc. Breakfast quite expensive but a good choice on offer. My room wasn't cleaned at all 1 day, even though the bin needed emptying and drink supplies replenished. On the plus side its very close to the bus station and town centre. I won't stay here again.

Nice modern room. Had its own thermostat which was great as I'm a hot sleeper. Nice walk in shower with good pressure and all standard toiletries. Bed was large and comfy. Food menu was very limited and about par, nothing too good. Other than that great place to stay.

Reasonable setup for a conference but very limited selection of evening meals, good breakfast though. Rooms have been refurbished within the last 5 years it seems but soundproofing poor in what must be a fairly dated building.

Good hotel well located in town. Plenty of parking as well if you drive. Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet

I booked in Christmas eve to be greeted at reception by a beautiful young lady with a beautiful smile Adiana it made the start of my Christmas happy she is a wonderful lady and so polite. Christmas day I was happy to see she at reception another lovely young gentleman always smiling and so polite

Bar supervisor was Dan such a happy young gentleman always smiling and loves a laugh its made my Christmas with those 3 staff on at Christmas thank you all three of you amazing people 😊 ❤️

Very clean, pillows were too soft but other than that it was lovely, the breakfast was great too, will definitely come back.
