Lovely room, great service and generally a very modern and comfortable hotel.
My husband and I have just stayed at this hotel and were very happy with out experience.
Hotel reception was polite, professional and helpful and check in was a very quick, straight forward process.
Our room was a great size and had a huge bed, a clean, modern bathroom, all the amenities you need and a lovely view. Other little bonuses include power points on both sides of the bed, chromecast connection on the TV and a separate toilet from the bathroom.
You cannot hear any noise from the planes leaving and arriving at City Airport.
The hotel overall was very modern and clean with friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend this hotel to all!!

We had a fantastic family holiday recently in this hotel. Location is great with lots of surprises ( like a small beach, water sports and nice restaurants) around. The staff was great too, eager to help and make you feel like home. The restaurant is superb. The whole family loved it, including our little 7 years old child. Great place to relax after a busy day in London.

It was out first time at this hotel. Great location ear O2 and Elizabeth line. The hotel is excellent for this price. You definitely get more than you pay.
We had breakfast and Dinner every day it was really great. The menu is clear and not that big but everybody will find enough. The rooms are modern and clean.
A big thank you to all staff members, we got great and very friendly service from #Sara, #Saif and #Jake
The only negative thing I would mention is that the rooms are small when you travel with two kids.

A really well located hotel which thanks to the Elizabeth line can connect you really well to Central London without the high prices you find in some areas. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but the food is good. Lots of nice pizza places around and rooms were clean and spacious. Stayed as a family of 4 in one room and had plenty of space.

Clean and pleasant hotel. Staff extremely welcoming and polite and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. The only little snag I had was in the bathroom there was no shampoo in the shower. I looked everywhere but could not find any. As a regular hotel stayer I never leave home without the essentials. So not an issue as such.

A great, lovely hotel which accommodates all your needs. Upon signing in, we were told we were being upgraded to executive rooms with no extra charge.
The rooms were nice and clean. Nice and cosy. We had a great view as well which was nice. I have no complaint other than it can get extremely hot at times but that’s a minor.
In addition, the hotel is only a 5 mins walk to the station so it is easy to travel to and from the location. We’ll be definitely booking rooms here again in the future.
