Beautiful place and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Food very good. Breakfast particularly good choice of hot and cold meals. Well prepared, hot and cooked just right.
Rooms very variable both in space and design. Ours obviously part of a redesign and refurbishment, Windows wouldn't open, very hot and no air conditioning. I have problems with stairs and there was no mention of no lift when we booked, admittedly nearly 18 months earlier. Several family group ready for a wedding. Lovely facilities for that and good choices of food, house wines were good and the hot meal very well prepared and presented. Evening cold buffet excellent with great choices.
Overall an enjoyable weekend, they need to emphasise that only the ground floor is accessible friendly.

Lovely hotel , friendly staff Inc helpful young lady on reception. Clean and tidy.
Breakfast was excellent and plenty of.
Evening meal was good.
Plenty of parking spaces, only a few minutes to the M25
It's a bit noisy as the hotel is on the main road.

Had a quite a nice afternoon tea. The service was perfect. However, we were in a very sad, tired and dated room with awful beige and blue deco called the conservatory, which was not a conservatory at all but some form of large anti room with no windows to look out of...I felt like I should be giving a presentation to my wife on the white board!

We used the Hotel for a lunch and training session. Friendly helpful staff. Good lunch, good meeting room and adequate free car parking. Well located for M25 Junction 8. Will certainly use again for meetings and seminars

We were married at Reigate Manor last year during covid restrictions and visited again recently for our first anniversary. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely and the staff so attentive. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and very good food.

We were looked after fantastically well by Janus in the restaurant at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way from the moment we walked into the restaurant to when we left. Thank you Janus, your thoughtfulness and politeness made such a difference and set us up for the day

Absolutely beautiful hotel, had afternoon tea, 3 course dinner, watched a George Michael tribute then breakfast in the morning.
All the food was amazing, staff were very friendly and always helpful

Reigate Manor seems to be a once great hotel that has become dilapidated over the years. The whole place just feels tired and somber; in particular the rooms are not great. There's no atmosphere throughout the place. The staff are generally nice though, there's ample parking, and if you need somewhere to stay near Reigate there just aren't many other choices.
