Amazing pub! Really good vibe and great food. We always come here on Sunday for the roast and live Irish music. They also have a fireplace which is so rare to find in London..

Ordered a beef roast and a vegetarian roast with no courgette flower (basically just wanted veg/ Yorkshire pudding and gravy). Literally got 3 roast potatoes, 3 halves of a carrot and Yorkshire pudding and the gravy was like water for the veggie option. We asked for more but it never came. I am allergic to cheese but not dairy and nowhere on the menu does it say this includes cheese just states meat, seasonable veg and Yorkshire pudding. Was eating my veg and it tasted very cheesey but didn’t look as though it had cheese on. I asked whether it does and he said yeah it’s cooked in a cheese sauce so I explained I’m allergic to his rude reply saying “you should’ve told us you have an allergy it’s just standard” which I don’t think is standard after being allergic to cheese all of my life.. he was arguing with me saying it’s my fault because the menu doesn’t say it’s dairy free, I’m not allergic to dairy he wasn’t getting the picture so I asked for a refund and he come and slammed the money down on the table.. somebody must’ve been having a bad day after he argued with me telling me how I should approach food restaurants. Honestly not worth the price of what you actually get. Rude staff too.

Lovely room and for a great price. Pub bellow is really nice and has a great atmosphere and friendly staff that were really helpful too! Would definitely stay again next time we are down!

A big, light craft beer pub, with friendly staff, regular events, and lots of great beer - e.g. The Kernel, Cellar Boys - on tap and in the fridge.
Nice and welcoming - I'll definitely be back

Brilliant pub. We have drank and dined here many times over the past 2 years and it is definitely our favourite pub in the area. The selection of craft beer is incredible and the steak and chips is superb.

Our most recent visit was last weekend when a group of us dined on the roof terrace. The Sunday Roast was delicious! Unfortunately on this visit we had an issue with one quite rude member of staff and a long wait for food. However, the gentleman who runs the place promptly rectified the issue and even provided a bottle of wine on the house - now that is customer service! Totally unexpected but very appreciated. Perhaps the staff member was having an off day which happens to everyone!

There's also trad music most Sundays which makes for a brilliant atmosphere. Can't wait to return to sample the rest of their fantastic beer selection! I hear they do amazing tacos during the week too.

Great pub with lots of different craft beers (some regular ones too I think). They had tacos when we were there that were incredible. Staff are nice too.

Absolute shambles. Their electronic system for ordering during this pandemic is an absolute joke. They tried to blame their own discrepancies in the ordering system on us so we spent half our evening arguing over the fact we paid for a drink when they said we hadn’t. Shan’t be going back ever again. Rude staff and an awful attitude all round
