Stayed 1 night following an in house party.
We had asked for a twin room and were assured our allocated room was a twin. It wasn't but as we were only staying 1 night didn't want to make a fuss.
Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is modern, well decorated and modern. The rooms are well appointed with hair dryer and safe available.
Breakfast was lovely with variations to the menu no trouble at all.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely hotel, staff went above and beyond to make sure we had breakfast before they were serving food.

The hotel had free parking, the room was well equipped, however the heating stayed on full all night, so we ended up opening the window to help cool the room down. The only other downside was the shower screen is too small. After taking a shower it leaves a puddle down between the bathtub and the toilet.

Would happily stay again, it's within a 7 minute drive of Heathrow airport making it a convenient place to stop when flying.

I wish I would have booked another hotel close to the airport. My husband and I arrived late at night to the hotel following a flight and we were only staying overnight as we were due to fly out the following day. When we arrived we were the only people in reception and based on where the entry to reception is it was very obvious that we had entered reception yet the reception staff didn't acknowledge us for a solid minute and when he finally did it was in no way friendly. We had booked the room with breakfast however were not told when/where breakfast was served and ended up missing breakfast service.

The hotel is tired and in need of a renovation. When we got to our room the window had been left open and the room was filled with mosquitoes and bugs. The pillow was paper thin and I had to use my jacket to add bulk. My husband showered first the following morning however the plug in the bath got stuck and was unable to be opened so I was not able to have a shower. We ended up leaving earlier than we had planned due to our bad experience. When we got to reception to check out we waited 10 minutes however no-one was at the front desk and no-one came so we put our key in the check out box and left. We definitely expected better for a Mecure hotel. Also, I am not one to leave bad reviews - please check my other reviews for proof, but I felt others need to be aware of our experience here.

Did not stay at the hotel. Instead paid for parking for a trip and when we returned we had to wait for over an hour due to them being unable to open the safe to retrieve our keys. I would not recommend anyone uses this hotel for parking as they clearly do not have the correct procedures in place regarding security of keys and or the ability to run a business correctly. Very upsetting after travelling all day for the only issue to be someone else’s incompetence.

Stayed for 1 night before my flight. I had paid via hotels.com and when I arrived they said I’d not paid so tried to charge me again. It took a number of times and having to email them my personal email from hotels.com showing I’d paid. I thought that would be the end of it. I got told it was best to book dinner as it gets busy - so I booked and was the only one in the restaurant…dinner was ok though, expensive but ok.
I’d turned in for the night as had to get to the airport early - I was then woken up by someone trying to enter my room - as a lone female traveller having a drunk man trying to get into my room was so scary. The front desk had given him the same room! He got dragged away by someone he was with but I was shaking. I tried contacting the front desk to have the phone ignored and so emailed them and all I got was ‘oh sorry’ - I then didn’t sleep all night because I was so frightened. This hotel has no regard for customer safety. Then when I came to checkout they were trying to say I had an unpaid bar bill - I don’t think so, they should have looked at the drunk that they’d told was the same room!!! I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone ever again. To put my safety at risk was not on and they made no attempt to check I was ok.

Went here for a special beauty and the beast themed lunch with my daughter. Staff were amazing and the food was delicious. My daughter had an amazing time and although this was a few years ago, I would highly recommend their special event luncheons.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and also so we could visit Windsor. It was fabulous. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. It is very clean, plenty of parking, easy to check in, room was a good size, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Having a balcony was great. We had a fan in the room which was essential as the weather was very warm.We had breakfast both mornings which was excellent. There are choices and no problem if you want to make requests. The bar area is welcoming and relaxing with a garden at the back. Even though the hotel was full it felt so calm and relaxing. There were no children when we stayed but children are catered for. It had a good atmosphere. I would 100% stay here again, couldn't fault it. The staff should be very proud of the fantastic service they provide.

The front of the hotel is lovely, the lobby/restaurant was a beautiful restful place to visit with friends, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The upstairs and room were a different story. Everything upstairs was dated and needed a new coat of paint and new carpet. For the cost and the location to the bus stop (just behind the hotel) it was the perfect stay for me.
