Fantastic location, excellent service. Stayed with friends in the master suite which had lovely views over the private garden to the river. So lovely to see the swans on the river!

Really good breakfast with a good buffet and a range of cooked options to choose to order.

Hotel and gardens well cared for, rooms clean and comfortable.

Highly recommended, we will be back!

The setting is lovely and the food is fine but the service let's it down. No offer to help carry drinks to table, no idea what a dry wine is, very self service. I think with a more experienced team this place would be great because the river views on a summers day are fabulous.

This was our first visit. The hotel is quietly situated. My husband has diabetes and the chef made special efforts with the sweet menu to accommodate this. The staff were helpful and friendly Nathan and Gabriella in particular. Unfortunately, porridge was not available one morning which affected his glucose levels. The weather was EXTREMELY hot and the rooms were not air conditioned (although an electric fan was provided).

Beautiful location close to city centre with the added advantage of on- site car parking.
Staff were all very helpful and friendly. We actually added an extra day to our stay.
Very comfortable room although perhaps the furniture in ours was rather tired; but it didn't affect us at all. Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Outperformed expectations. Staff are well-trained, friendly and obliging. Room comfortable with (unusually, let's face it!) enough room to swing a cat, and well decorated. Great location on the river & 5 mins walk from the cathedral. Free parking a bonus. Good breakfast and varied Sunday lunch menu, including vegetarian options.

Second visit to Diglis, tempted back by enjoying the first visit so much.
Visited with friends so we had quite a few rooms. I certainly drew a long straw - both times my room was great. I didn’t hear any grumbles from the others either…..
Great, quiet, private location with lovely terrace and garden to enjoy afternoon drinks yet close enough to Worcester centre where there is loads to do.
Let’s hope we find an excuse for a third visit!

I got married here at the end of July and all I can say is thank you. It’s a beautiful venue, every single member of staff I encountered not only on my wedding day, but every day I visited before and after, was outstanding. The 2 coordinators who ran the day couldn’t have been more welcoming, helpful and kind and the day wouldn’t have run as smoothly as it did without them. The food was great, all my guests commented on how lovely the rooms were and how nice the breakfast was. Such a fantastic place to spend my day, thank you to everyone at Diglis ❤️

I've never stayed at this hotel but its location is lovely, overlooking the river, offering pleasant walks and quite easy access to the City Centre. The owners have invested a lot yet retained the character. It's a great place for a meal and drink, you can drop-in for coffee and you'll get good service from the smartly dressed, courteous staff. I only gave 4 because I've not stayed there so can't comment on the accommodation. However, I know people who have.
