To be fair, the staffs are friendly.

The car parking is a nightmare. My car alloy was damaged because of the very narrow lane.
Many people complained about that. You can see lots of scratches of the car park as the result of the car damage. It cost hundreds of pounds easily.

We many cars ware stuck at the gate in the morning because of the poor design of exit. You need a very sharp 90 degree turn after you press the buzz ( if it works luckily).

Still don't recommend to live in this hotel if you have a car.

Where do I begin!
Car park is shocking. Corners are a nightmare unless you drive a small car and the spaces are very tight. It is NOT free either.
The restaurant service was shocking. Didn’t get what we ordered the first time and when we did get what we wanted it wasn’t hot. Food quality wasn’t brilliant either. It took 2 hours for a main course and dessert to be completed and staff didn’t seem to know what was going on.
On a good note, the room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable.

A great inexpensive hotel. Service was a little slow at times as they seemed short staffed. The same guy checked us in, was later behind the bar and waiting tables for dinner, and was also single-handedly running the front of house for breakfast. Our room was clean and modern. There was a hair dryer but no safe. There are a few shops very close by, but apart from that there's nothing of interest in the local area. The hotel is a good option as a stopover or to use as a base as it's near major roads.

Parking was a bit difficult as we have a large suv and we had to park on the hotels multi-storey car park and it was really tight to drive around . Check in was very easy and staff went above and beyond to help us . Room was reasonable it was clean but these was a few dusty things that had been missed in the bathroom. Room had air conditioning , double bed and two single beds , shower and bath

The food from the restaurant was really nice with a speedy service from ordering with an excellent choice of food to choose from . Definitely recommend if your in the area

Booking price was very fair and you have to pay for parking which can be a nightmare but get staff to help you .

Good room and courteous reception staff, but air-con wasn't working and no fan provided, so quite an uncomfortable night.
Breakfast was cold, probably due to the fact that they seemed very short of staff.
Car park very poorly designed and pokey....Be careful if you drive a large SUV or van!

The staff were lovely but shame they were constantly stretched. Seemed like only three people worked there. Air con doesn't go below 19 degrees so on hot days you are stuck as rooms don't get too cool. Parking next to hotel is privately owned and a nightmare if you have a large car. It's extremely tight so beware.

We stopped here as its close to Thorpe Park. Very easy to get to, good location, if you use the postcode they send take the left before it for the hotel or you end up in the flats behind the hotel.
The car park is terrible, far too tight. If I drove my own car I wouldn't have got into it, also the app is useless. There is a pay meter on the lower floor though.
The room was well looked after and was very comfortable. Great night's sleep.
We used the 25 pound meal deal, 2 course dinner with a drink and breakfast, good value. Steaks are extra though and they were out of most of the included mains.
Would stay again.

Car park was small and very tight to manoeuvre. Be aware that it is not managed by Premier Inn and you need to download a parking app to use it (if you do actually find a space). Service was slow to check in (but he was friendly to be fair) although it was late at night so to be expected. Room smelled musty and the bed creaked very badly resulting in barely any sleep.
The only saving grace was the staff at breakfast. Very attentive and friendly. The breakfast options were diverse and I checked out full of lovely food. Was only there for less than 12 hours.
