I recently had the pleasure of spending a night here. We had one of the suites with the bath on the roof terrace and all I can say is Wow!!!.... What an amazing treat it was to relax in a warm bubble bath, a glass of champagne in hand and the most amazing views over the River Thames. The room was beautiful, with a large comfortable bed and the biggest shower I've ever seen.

Once you arrive, the staff park your car and due to its fantastic location you do not need to drive anywhere. The hotel is a short walk to great bars, restaurants, shops and of course, the river.

We chose to eat in the hotel for dinner, and I am so glad we did. The food was great, and the staff warm, friendly and attentive. Would I stay here again? You bet!!

High end hotel. In a converted brewery. Great location. Great service, the people serving in the restaurant were outstanding. However, bar ran out of draft ales, and bottle selection was limited.

Great hotel and dog friendly. The room was cool. What let it down was having breakfast with the dog in a room off the main room with people delivering stuff to the bar etc. they should do a proper dog area or just not have dogs. Breakfast food was good quality. In response to the owner, what you might call superior is not how I would see it. The snug was not superior sadly and as I said people were delivering things to the bar and going past my table up a ramp. I personally felt like I was a second class guest sitting there. Maybe it was just me.

Great location, service was largely good but there was a wedding which, limited some of the outside space available (no advanced warning of this). Sadly a bit of an attitude from the staff member asking us to move.

Wine choice is currently ok but I don't think it has returned to pre Covid levels this chain used to stock.

Food isn't served particularly late but they are happy for you to order from Deliveroo/Uber. Breakfast service and food was excellent.

Our bedroom was very spacious and comfortable however, the bathroom smelled like the water hadn't been run in months, it did clear after running all taps (in fairness we didn't complain at the time as it was so late in the day and just wanted to sleep). The room also had a feature wall that reminded me of the Saw film, an interesting choice.

I wouldn't be put off staying again if I was in the area but I would look around at options as the overall experience doesn't match the premium price tag.

Absolutely incredible stay here for our anniversary. Staff were welcoming, food was great. We had 3 course dinner, breakfast and stayed in the deluxe room. Great location as it is right by river thames, and we are excited to venture to their other hotels across England. 100% will be staying again.

Mixed experience. Booked a suite which seemed nice enough. However the little basics were off. There was no shampoo or shower gel for the large shower. Then when tried to call reception the phone in the room did not work. I googled the hotel number and called on my mobile and there was no answer after two minutes. Looks nice but just missing the basics that you’d expect for the price

Absolutely love this hotel. The rooms have great character and are very individual. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and well designed. It had a beautiful roll top bath and walk in shower. The design was open plan with a separate adjoining bedroom and sitting room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal at the hotel which was nice. It's well located for Henley town centre and near the Thames. Def worth a visit.

A really disappointing stay for the following reasons:

- We could only get into our room just under 2 hours after expected 3pm check in, not even an apology was given.
- We stayed in December '22 during the cold snap experienced in the UK. There was no heating in the room. Despite requesting help from staff to turn this on, they couldn't turn the heating on.
- We requested a room change. The only room they had was near the wedding venue, with music playing until 11:30pm.
- The lights failed to work in this new room, making getting ready the next day very difficult.

I have given this 2 stars, as previous stays have been good, but feel really let down despite complaining duringemailing twice after, and ringing the hotel directly, we have yet to have any response to our complaint after 3 weeks.
