Losehill House

Losehill is a really great place to escape the busy city life. The weather for us when we went was good so we used the spa facilities and had a really relaxing day. It was nice to not always hear traffic and just listen to nature. The rooms are nicely decorated and well maintained. The food was delicious and the staff were great. I'd absolutely love to come back here one day.

We came for the Half Day spa package and had a great time! All the staff were super lovely, food was delicious (we’re veggie and were pleased with our option on the small menu, the staff did mention that they could cater to vegan guests if they were told in advance) and the scenery was beautiful!
Not too far of a drive from Sheffield, would definitely recommend to others and would visit again 😊

We had a super stay at Losehill House. The facilities were great, with the outdoor sauna and hot tub having fantastic views across the hills. The restaurant was incredible. The food was super, and there was great variation in the well presented options. We had a vegetarian and pregnant person in our party and they were both catered to with several options on the menu, which changed each day we stayed. The breakfasts were also super.
Located just out of the village of Hope there are many walks on the doorstep. We enjoyed walking up Mam Tor.

I can't fault the service here at all, the spa, food and treatments were amazing.
My partner began to feel unwell during our visit and the team were brilliant in looking after him (Illness not linked to the visit). We would definitely visit here again and take in the fantastic views.

We didn't stay as guests at the hotel. We booked evening meals at the restaurant. On each occasion the restaurant was busy, a good sign in our opinion.
We weren't disappointed. The service was friendly and relaxing. Not intrusive in any way. What came out on the plates was excellent. They were very professionally prepared with lovely flavours. A plate of pork belly and pork loin was tender and beautifully sauced. Our fish dishes were spot on with balance and texture. There were nice touches of bread with two types of butter and tasty amuse bouches. The reason we came twice is that following our first visit, we agreed we wanted to return before we had to travel home.
We won't comment on value for money because how do you do that these days, given the rising costs of food and energy? We were very content to pay the bill. This restaurant deserves success and we recommend it.

Went to Losehill for half day spa package. Treatment was lovely, 2 course lunch was delicious. Limited in terms of spa facilities - indoor pool, outdoor sauna and hot tub but these come with gorgeous views and they limit the number of people using them. Really enjoyed it would recommend

Beautiful hotel and spa in the Peak District. Great location, very fine dining, friendly professional team in an idyllic location. Simply wonderful three night visit.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here with a treatment each. The pool, hot tub and sauna are very relaxing and quiet. I also had a massage and facial and it was wonderful. The staff are amazing and so friendly and the facilities are great. Such an uplifting way to start the year. Will definitely be back!
