Travelodge Epsom Central

I have stayed there for a couple of weeks the size of the room was fine but the house cleaning service was nasty. I have told them to do the cleaning 3 or 4 times but they responded after 5 days so you can imagine how good their services are
You can't sleep well because of the early morning train after that every 30 or 40 minutes your bad will shake literally
Traffic noise was too much.

Very poor experience. Checked in at 3:30pm and room still had dirty laundry and had not been cleaned. Offered an alternative- this did have clean sheets and towels, but room had not been cleaned. Bins were full, toilet dirty, shower dirty and carpet obviously not vacuumed for some time. I found a cleaner’s bucket by the lifts and cleaned the bathroom myself. There was no cleaning service during my 2 night stay. I don’t know who the manager is, but there’s no oversight or care about the cleanliness of the rooms. Although I’ve previously stayed here and been happy, I won’t be back and won’t recommend this hotel to anyone else.

Room was okay, hotel is handy for the town and the station.
There is a horrible stink (smell) in the hotel entrance, lifts and sometimes it gets into the rooms, smells like an animal has died in the bottom of the lift shaft.
Reception staff greet you with " can you give us a good review to make up for all the bad ones...."
I stop in many Travelodges and around the country and this is definitely one of worst.

Was a great room, very clean and was decently priced, the staff( Peter) was amazing, and really helped me out with things to do in the local area, would deffo visit again

The lodge was Very clean and accommodating. Check in reception staff Mo was welcoming, helpful and friendly. A place I will recommend 👌

Room was to the usual Travelodge standard - clean, spacious enough, comfy bed and decent shower. There was some noise from the nearby railway line but not enough to disturb my sleep. We had ordered and paid for 2 breakfast boxes each day, but on the last day I was there, they only had 1 box for us, which wasn’t so good. We were offered a credit voucher for the missing one when we should have been offered a refund.

Horrible place, rooms old and need refurbishing, first room i was given had massive wet patch in the room, was moved no problem. Unfortunately moved next to the exit door which was constantly slamming as people entered/exited. Really bad place to stay.

Check in is 1500hrs I arrived at 1505 and was told there is no receptionist so can’t book in I was waiting until 1620hrs in the reception cold and fed up.. shocking experience never again..
