Everything was a great! The staff was very professional, but at the same time treated us like family. The room was beautiful and clean, the bed and shower were great. There is a sink, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle in the room. We are moving into Liverpool and were supposed to stay only for a night, but decided to stay longer until we find a nice place to rent. Would certainly recommend. Thanks for your service guys!

Very quite and clean hotel. Enjoyed my stay there. Pius was very welcoming and helpful on desk and seems to have managed the place very well. An instance to give, somewhere on my floor there was a couple fighting and were loud, Piyush immediately came and settled them down and warned them not to repeat it again. It was clearly heard by us all. I also liked the rules that prevents from being a mess like No smoking in and near the entrance. I am certainly coming back to this place and recommend to all as its a safe and pleasant stay.

First things first, this is not a 3 star hotel. It's at best 2 star. That doesn't mean it is bad, but there is no lounge or bar, no restaurant, and the rooms are very basic. But it's functional, and that is sometimes what you want. I stayed in a single room G01 and it was tiny, so small in fact that there wasn't room for a chair, and the bed was shoehorned into an L shaped gap. That made it impossible to sit anywhere other than lying on the bed or sat on the toilet! On that note, the bathroom was pretty good, and definitely a plus. As others have said, there is the odd combination of a fridge (that didn't work) and a microwave, yet no cutlery or plates. Most odd. The check-in was reasonably straightforward and the lady on the desk friendly. The room itself had this loud whirring noise like a pump which kicked in every few minutes, so I had to wear earplugs to sleep. The bed was pretty good though. Would I stay again? Possibly if there was no where else. It's passable as a place to crash for the night, but it's most certainly not a 3 star hotel.

Hotel reception/ staff is helpful and accommodating.
We received an upgrade from double to a deluxe as our room wasn’t ready.

It doesn’t help the hotels overall looks and review that it is in a very dodgy part of town. I didn’t realise this beforehand.
Room were just decent with clean toilets and beddings, although the carpet and the walls would need some cleaning and finesse for sure.

Been in this hotel for a while now and had a great experience the whole visit. Rooms are cleaned constantly. Piyush at the desk is always friendly and always available when needed, he welcomes guests with a smile when they check in and check out. Would recommend this hotel.

Not the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. They had plain brown carpets which probably looked nice new, but had numerous stains and dirty spots. It made me appreciate why hotels usually go for hard floors or patterned carpets, lol. The shower was broken, so only the handheld worked - trying to use the overhead caused the water to gush out of a pipe. The bathroom had a really unpleasant drain smell, which affected the entire bedroom. Small details, like none of the mugs matching (one was a freebie from another business), plastic spoons and water being left in the kettle from a previous guest, a very tatty/broken "Do not disturb" sign also took away from the experience. Pillows were quite flat, in need of updating. The bathroom lacked handsoap. There was no way to contact reception from the bedroom, making it feel more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel (I would say B&B, except they don't serve breakfast). There were also hazards, such as an electrical item dangling from a ceiling by a wire in one of the hallways. I think a hotel that doesn't serve breakfast should provide information on where breakfast can be acquired. I didn't find the bed to be that comfortable either, so I actually had a terrible night trying to sleep, and I'm not sure if I managed to sleep at all (it felt like I didn't sleep, but I might have had the odd few minutes here and there). The TV entertainment in the room was excellent, lots of options on the smart TV. The rooms are advertised with a "seating area" - my double room had one old chair shoved in a corner under a sloping ceiling, like it was an afterthought, and no average sized adult would have been able to use it due to how low the sloping ceiling was. All the above said, I paid about £30 for the night, which isn't bad.

Room was big. But not very clean. Had no toilet roll in the shower room. The shower room smelt of mould. Bedroom wall was very dirty. Mould patches on the ceiling. No blind of sky light near the bed so was very bright in the morning. Staff were friendly.
