So I booked the hotel and would have been happy to stay. My girlfriend was looking through the reviews and realised a couple reviews stating it is a minimum age 25 restricted hotel. As soon as she realised I contacted booking.com who didn't respond at all. I got in touch with management and we went back and forth and nothing came of it. Worked hard and paid £114 for a get-away for valentines and didn't get a refund or didn't even get acknowledged. So if you're over 25 it's may be a good stay but be aware that of you ever are looking for a refund or replies they DO NOT give them. I wouldn't give this place the time of day now. For £60 extra we went to the Park hall and Spa hotel and it was an amazing experience with a gym, bar, restaurant and a pool with a jacuzzi. Much more worth the money.

BEWARE. This property will ask for your personal data (photo ID and photo of your bank card). They seem not to have the legal right to process this information as they could not supply any details of registration with UK data protection laws.

I had a booking with them this week and they first said they would refund my booking and now have charged me a deposit of £50 even though I did not stay at the property! And the reservation cost. They say they are refunding but there is no sign of the funds being returned.

When I contacted my bank they strongly advised against sending this ID information as you do know know what they might do with it. It is not being sent via the secure booking.com website, but to a third party email address. Strongly advise against booking the property unless you happy to share such data.

Lovely hidden gem in Wolverhampton 👌💎
The hidden travelodge at the bottom of the garden was beautiful, lovely room perfectly set out with a lovely patio area outside. Would definitely stay again and recommend to people 👍🙏😍

Stayed in the garden room, lovely and clean, warm, exactly as seen in pics.
Lovely extras, towels, ironing board, iron, corkscrew, hairdryer, little sample sizes of shower gel and shampoo perfect for a one night stay.
The only downfall was a lack of pressure in shower but hot enough and did the job.
Would definitely stay again, would be 5 stars if the shower was as good as the rest.

Poor Communication, No Refund. Waited for someone to answer the phone for over 1h and a half. I sent them few emails which they said they haven't received then they said booking.com has to contact them for the refund to be processed. I contacted the customer service of booking.com and they said they emailed them few times and they tried to contact them with no answer so I can't get my refund until " The Larches" respond to the emails. Fuming. Avoid this place at all costs. It has been a month and I am still trying to get a refund which I don't think I will get because of their poor communication.

There is a really nice hotel "Village Hotel Birmingham Dudley" close to "The Larchers" and it was £60 but the staff was lovely, fast customer service and easy check in, check out, amazing room and a pub.
