Nice place comfortable beds yet it was a little outdated but nothing too serious.
Staff are nice.
Food is amazing with large portions.
Gym is not great at all has a dirty smell to it and very little working equipment.
Pool was a reasonable size yet the heating system was broken at the time of posting I am not sure if it is fixed.
Overall, not a bad place but could be better.

Not very clean at all. My son refused to shower in the dirty bathroom..nearly broke my back on a broken toilet seat and the room smelt musty and damp! Free WiFi as it offers is only available in the bar not lodges..we paid £218 for 2 nights and it was an absolute disgrace..breakfast not included a tennis court with no net and a trampoline that looked like a death trap..i could go on and on and on but won't definitely never going back!!

Very poor bed stained glasses duty as was the room. Staff not good came back to hotel at 11.05 pm after been told that the bar was open till 11.30 pm to find that thay locked up and append the rooms so anyone could get into our rooms not good . Electric sockets hanging off the wall windows had never been cleaned very budget hotel but not budget price should have been no more than 40 pounds a room per night .the worst I have been to for the price

Dirty, untidy, poorly kept and comes across as if it’s been completely abandoned. The ‘reception’ is in a small building - lights were on upon our arrival but nobody to be seen. We phoned through to a number on the window and got through to somebody on call who gave us the pricing and came to take a payment. We were led through the dirty (closed) pub/bar to another reception where we paid and were given a key to our room. The room was tucked into a corner of the site, and there were slug trails across the carpet, and five or six spiders scattered around the room. It was clear nobody had been into there for some time. There were stains on one of the pillow cases and TV barely worked. To be honest we couldn’t wait to get out of there, didn’t bother using the shower / bathroom. ‘Checking out’ involves leaving the key in the room and walking out of the place.

Avoid, don’t waste your time.

We loved our stay here x everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were perfect. The pool was great nice and warm. They welcomed our dogs and were very accommodating to the children. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Definitely recommend

Dirty horrible place. When we arrived we were horrified with the self-catering accommodation they passed off as clean and tidy. We opened the door and the smell of smoke and damp just hit you. The floor was soft and spongy, tiles were hanging of the wall and it was filthy dirty. The owner offered another room which was better but still dirty. There was youth hanging around outside and it felt very very unsafe. The owner refused to give a full refund and said he felt there was nothing wrong with the place. I would be ashamed if that was my business. My wife and I were so upset and ended up having to find another hotel and even more expense. There was no social distancing measures in place which you would expect at this time. This really ruined the start of our short break. I would recommend you do not go anywhere near this place. AVOID at all costs

The escape rooms were run very well here. Exceeded expectation. The guy running it was very laid back and happy to accommodate our group. They sold beverages and the rooms themselves were a good challenge. Parking was a bit rough. Looking forward to trying the other rooms. Thanks

Owner was nice. The place looks lovely from the outside. Quite basic inside the rooms. Towels were not changed for the 3 nights we were there. There are a lot of refugees and drug additcs always there. One taxi company refused to pick us up amd another came amd said i came to check you out first before allowing the booking as if we were one of the usual guests she would have drove off. The bar is closed. There are escape rooms on site (seperate establishment) looks good. Its a shame as the place could be amazing with a little more TLC and more respectful pernament residents. I love a good party etc but not at 2 am with druggies outside my window using the play area as a crack den.
