I recently stayed for a night at this hotel. The hotel itself is very well located with great views of the River Thames. It's fairly central and only a few minutes walk from multiple tube stations so super convenient for exploring the city.

The rooms were a nice size and featured some basic equipment for cooking, the bed was really comfortable, and I was surprised at how little noise there was from outside given the central location.

The staff here were also very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. In particular one of the night team, David, was great at answering any questions I had and put a lot of effort into making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.

I would highly recommend staying here and would happily stay again!

Beautiful place in a perfect spot in London. I loved being right on the Thames and only 5 minutes from St Paul’s. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were superb! They were so nice and helpful! All the amenities such as the gym and the cafe were great too! We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we come to London!

I just came back from London and my stay at Locke, and I'm already booking my next stay there for Christmas. The staff had been exceptionally friendly right from the start. Shout out to Nate, Naz & Andres (& the rest of the crew of course) for making me feel so welcomed. The rooms are cozy and warm, facilities are great. The location is perfect, I was able to walk everywhere and it was very close to the underground station. And the thing that stood out for me the most is how inclusive and community driven the whole place is. I'm really happy I discovered it, and can't wait to be back.

This was my second stay at Locke, and I booked the same room I had before (Locke Studio). On the first day, the room fuse popped. Maintenance came in and reset it, but it kept going off even with nothing plugged in. I went back downstairs and requested a different room, but the woman at the desk said all rooms were booked. She called for the General Manager, Celia, who came straightaway, peered at the screen, and within minutes offered me a smaller room, but with a better view. She also refunded me the difference in fee between the two rooms and threw in two £12 vouchers for Shaman. All of this was handled reasonably, cheerfully, and competently. Well done, team!

Locke remains my favourite hotel chain that isn't a chain - every location is unique, beautifully designed and has the most friendly and kind employees. The only downside to this locations is that it's not in a very lively area. Don't get me wrong - the view of the Tate Modern, Shard and Millenium Bridge are wonderful and being by the river is lovely, too, but it's a little walk to reach public transport and there are steps or a longer way round to conquer. If you're cool with that, I fully recommend this place!

I would probably give it a 4.5 out of 5,but rounded up.

I'll start with the cons, rooms are a little smaller then the picture suggests, and not the most storage for 2 people. No natural light in our room, again the photos did not suggest this was a possibility. And last, the beds are not king beds, couple that with outs being pushed up against the wall certainly wasn't exactly as I would hope.

However with that being said, the location is fantastic, you step out the front door and you have so many options. The whole hotel is incredibly clean, quiet and having free laundry is amazing for someone staying for a longer stay.

Lastly the biggest plus is the staff, always smiling, friendly, caring and helpful. I had to round up from 4.5 to 5 solely based on the staff being so good.

I'd recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything is perfect, better than what you’d expect. From the details such as toiletries and equipment in the kitchenette to the furniture - the rooms are amazing and comfortable. The room view is one of the best in London. The location is perfect for someone visiting. The cafe downstairs is great for breakfast. However, the highlight is the courteous staff. 100% recommend. 100% will return. Loved everything.

We had the most wonderful weekend stay at Locke Broken Wharf and oh my gosh the views from our room were incredible! Waking up and looking straight out on to the Thames was something I’ll never forget. Biggest thanks to Celia for booking us in and making our stay 10/10. We couldn’t fault it. The staff were always so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The vibe was great with such a buzz. Each morning we were welcomed by the smell of fresh coffee and pastries and enjoyed mouthwatering cocktails in the evening. We can’t wait to tell all our friends about it and most importantly we can’t wait to return! Thank you and see you soon!
