We stayed here during a week’s holiday in Oxford. It wasn’t cheap, so had high expectations, sadly these weren’t met. It’s a rip off when you’re paying £200 a night and having to pay parking on top of that in a car park that is out of town, and not near anything else, and wouldn’t be used by anybody else for anything else! We decided to have a snack, and paid £15 a piece for a tiny little piece of cheese on toast that was described as a pizza! Again a rip off. First 2 nights, no room cleaning or fridge top ups and clearly there were staff staying on the executive floor and smoking in their rooms (cigarette smoke was in evidence through the vents during those first 2 nights). Air-con out of order and was not fixed. After complaining we were moved to another room. This was in much better condition and was cleaned. We were refunded 50% for the 2 nights in the other room. Having paid a lot of money, you don’t expect to have the stress of complaining and sorting these things out/moving all your stuff, whilst you’re trying to relax. On the positive side the breakfast was good and there’s quite a nice little pool and spa. After the pizza incident we decided not to be ripped off further by using their Marco Pierre White restaurant, and opted to travel down to Jericho where the food was fantastic. Jury’s Inn Oxford : must try harder.

Nice clean hotel with large modern room. Good leisure facilities including a pool. Parking is not free for guests. Costa breakfast available in the bar which is much more reasonable than the Jury's Inn restaurant. Very nice staff. Good location, close to park and ride. Good pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Quite a trip to town but there are nice places nearby. Might be a bit picky, but the overall layout designs of the hallways make it quite difficult to navigate through. Would recommend booking a room on the higher floors as I can hear footsteps at night from upstairs

We recently stayed at Jury’s Inn Oxford with our nine-week newborn baby and were so looked after from start to finish. The family room was a perfect size with a great cot. Everything was clean and hygienic. The staff very kindly helped us sterilise bottles throughout our stay. The Costa Coffee bar was also a great edition! Highly recommend

It’s very clean warm and simple hotel. Simple as it is! It’s not that big but big enough. In its range it’s good. Easy access for everything, good big enough parking, helpful and smiley staff, really modern and clean rooms. If you think I what you pay, you receive at least enough or a bit more. Food quality also Moderate. They have also a big event facilities for at least 150 people easily fit in. I say choose it you’ll not regret it!

Very over priced hotel for what was offered. I paid nearly £600 for five nights stay and had to walk down three long corridors before you even get to the room. Bathroom light was flickering. Hot water in bathroom was shocking, it stays warm and then every minute you get a burst of boiling hot water burn you. The bedroom size is ridiculous the local premier inn is double the size, the shower you just hit your elbows. The AC you can't even feel. They didn't ask me to pay for the room on check in and then I kept getting notes slid under my door to come to reception to pay and they deactivated my room card. On check out I asked for vat invoices and got normal invoices, just poor all round. As others have said had to pay additional for on site parking. Staff very nice and friendly but no where near what a 4 star should be, gave one star as you get 80mb internet speed.

Edit - 11/11/22
Been staying here for 2 weeks now in multiple rooms and overall the stay has been much better since the first room. Just make sure you book a twin room as it's much bigger and the bathroom is a high standard.

Really lovely stay with clean rooms and comfy beds. Didn’t have time to use the pool, maybe next time. Nice touch was the complimentary Nespresso machine and coffee pods, bottled water and toiletries. Hotel was out of town but less than 5 minute walk to bus stop with regular buses to and from Oxford (including late night). Breakfast was quality and cost effective. Parking £6 for 24 hours. Definitely stay again.
