The Crossways

Very friendly service apart from the guardian of the mea at the carvery , not comparable to the rest of the crew! Everyone else was super friendly and really dog friendly with extra special treats for them. It was my Pug Father's day treat so made a nice change to go out on a Sunday lunch. Great location and superb views of the Glastonbury Tor and not too far from the Festival site. The portion of Sticky Toffee portion was large l expect the guy serving the meat out was a different server. The apple pie was nice, l would have liked custard but not an option vanilla ice cream or lump it!

Our wedding party (mid September )stayed for the weekend. Everything went brilliantly well.The service, reception, and food were fabulous. The staff worked tirelessly to cater to all our needs. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff even moved all the wedding gifts etc from the bed, boxed them and made up the bed even on the wedding day.
I hope the owners appreciate what a wonderful team they have, they made a wonderful day even more special. Thank you to all.

The room itself was a good size, lovely 5ft bed and good bathroom. The staff were outstanding and the breakfast excellent. The hotel kindly put our bikes away safety overnight for which we were extremely grateful. My only one negative was the situation of the room which faced the beautiful outside bar patio so it was quite noisy and not very private, there was also an extractor fan and piped music which we could have done without. I'd definitely recommend the hotel but avoid room 123!

A good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. But, like many in the hospitality sector trying to regain high service standards but unable to employ sufficient and skilled staff, hence, the restaurant is closed ( except for breakfast). Recommended takeaway deliverd to hotel restaurant was good. Happy to return; we wish them well and understand their difficulties.

In the countryside with lots of parking. Well worth finding it. Large excellent room, with good size bathroom. Super restaurant and bar. Good food with well stocked bar. Nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Well done everyone for making our stay special.

Just a one night stay, but very comfortable. Modern decor throughout and families obviously welcome.

Such a lovely cosy place lovely setting, friendly staff,
Carvery was nice,but the veg just didn’t look so inviting other than that the food was nice.
And no vanilla syrup for a latte after!! 😭😭

I would still go and try it again ☺️
