London Shelton Hotel

Had to book the room on urgent accommodation issue. Was charged £100 cash only for one night. I never even stayed there for half of the day

Kettle in room was so bad could smell it when I never even used it and the inside of it was like dirty water and no hit water which is why I left early as I could not even get a shower

Location of the hotel is convenient, close to shops and transport system. Rooms are standard and beds are comfy. Eddie and Ali are helpful among the staff and helped me during my stay as I had to self isolate.I didn’t have a good experience with the rest of the staff, once delivered the clean sheets while they placed it on the floor.The downpart is that guests and staff don’t wear masks here and the dinning room is in basement with loads of stairs. But over all, acceptable and friendly service.

Very good location. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they made my stay. Shout out to Alex, Zayn and Eddie. The rooms were very spacious,clean and warm. It is very close to the train station which got me into Central London very quickly. Also lots of nearby takeaways which come in handy. Overall good prices and great customer service, I would highly recommend!

My stay was brilliant. I stayed here quite a bit as it is very close to London. Pretty standard rooms,friendly staff, clean and decent breakfast. I mean what can you ask for in price like this. I would be staying here again if I come to London and I would recommend it too.

An absolutely gem of a hotel

I stayed at this hotel quite few times now due to my work. Nice and friendly Front of house staff, clean bedsheets, clean towels, clean showers, breakfast was good aswell. If you looking for decent acvomodation on budget price this hotel is the one. You get what you pay for so can’t complain much.

I stayed in this hotel not long ago but my experience was soo good that I made sure I leave a good review to help others and to appreciate the hotel services too.
Genuinely friendly staff not robotic give me personal attention my stay was only 3 days but the consistency was the from the minute I step in to the minute I checked out. Perfect location if have to go into central London city but yet want the night to be quiet and relaxing. Rooms was clean and had great mattresses which I needed the most. Good options for parking too if you drive. Will sure be my first choice if I needed to visit london area again.
