Really good location. It's quite an old fashioned hotel, so don't expect glass and steel modernity. The room is a little dated and could probably benefit from modernisation soon, but it's clean and comfortable. Our view overlooks Tenby harbour, and the little gardens for the guests on the way to the beach in front are lovely spots to sit and read. The staff seem friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the room they sent sometime immediately to fix it.

We stayed here for 2018 Christmas Eve, Christmas day and boxing day. This was the first time staying away for our Christmas together. The hotel was lovely, the sea view room was absolutely beautiful, with a big bay window and it was so close to the sea you can hear the waves crash against the shore when the window was open (which was so relaxing and beautiful) . The staff were some of the nicest staff we had met. And our biggest thanks go to them for working over Christmas. They was friendly and always willing to help. We had a beautiful 3 course meal on Christmas Eve for £20 a head with a free bottle of wine. And Christmas day was just perfect, a lovely breakfast, a 6 course Christmas dinner and then a buffet in the evening! It was indulgent and lovely. All the food was tasty, lovely and well presented. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very cosy and friendly. Would stay there again.

Very good experience of value for money. Hotel a little dated but staff very good. Receptionist Tara went out of her way to help in all sorts of ways from hotel parking to local area knowledge. Breakfast served in very professional manner at a table with views to die for. Blond lady from Mansfield on reception also lovely and deserves a mention on reception.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. Hotel itself was a bit dated. Rooms were loud at times. Breakfast was good and the views were amazing! Park is a bit if an issue if you do not find any free space right in front of the hotel as it is roadside free parking.

This hotel has very friendly staff, good food and drink. The receptionist Marie (Maria?) Is especially friendly!

The hotel sits just a few meters from an amazing view of the beach, we were blessed with sun while we were here so it almost looked like it could be Spain.

The rooms are nice too, my single bed was particularly hard which made me give 4 stars, but the pillows and bedding were comfortable.

The locals are friendly giving a warming 'good morning' each day as we left the hotel.

I would return to this hotel

Excellent location overlooking the North beach and just a short walk into the centre.
Staff are really helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the dated room we were given and the cleanliness let it down. Filthy carpet that looks like it hasn't seen a hoover and grime all around taps in the bathroom.
No handwash or soap was provided for our 3 night stay so resorted to using shower gel to wash our hands.

Absolutely fabulous place, tracy on reception is first rate and has good knowledge of the area and is very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are great. Rooms could benefit from an upgrade but everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again. It's close to the centre of town too.

Lovely helpful and friendly staff but I hadn’t realised they let dogs stay as well. Our room was very clean and tidy but some things just need a bit of TLC. Would stay again if we could get a room with a sea view. Thank you staff for making our stay so enjoyable. 😊
