Lovely place set in a quiet street, not far from the sea front. A friendly welcome from Amy, who could not do more us. Great breakfast to start the day. Clean, well appointed room with a very comfy bed. Llandudno is a place worth visiting and this B&B has an extra card up its sleeve, as there is on site parking.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome from Amy on arrival. The room was clean with plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc. the shower was powerful, with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent best bacon. Plenty of fresh fruit juices to choose from as well as cereals. Also fresh fruit. One of the best breakfasts in a Hotel I’ve had in a long time, plenty of choice. The Hotel is in a very good location for getting around. There is also plenty of parking At the rear of the property which is a bonus. Amy couldn’t do enough for us. I would differently recommend staying at the Craig-Ard Hotel if going to Llandudno.

Beautiful welcome from the lovely Amy, rooms were lovely and excellent food .Not far from the beach and bars and have car parking facilities at the back ,Amy was always at hand and accommodating ,and we had seven rooms booked.Well doneAmy

Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Parking at rear for a few cars. Staff were very friendly. I'd stay here again.

Just back from a 3 night stay at this lovely friendly hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much Plag and David were excellent hosts nothing was too much trouble, no problem with parking round the back great breakfast lovely comfy beds and top tips of where to visit 😀 we would definitely stay again. Thanks from Walt and Jules x
