Premier Inn Caerphilly (Corbetts Lane) hotel

Looking a bit tired here. No Aircon meant that we had a fan - which would been fine if the fan actually blew out some air. As it was, it was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. The toilet seat was worn out and needed replacing. The bathroom fan screamed and was really noisy. The bathroom smelled damp and added to the feeling that the place was a bit old.

Very clean friendly helpful staff and quiet location considering so near main road. Plenty of parking. Could not really understand why the price was £76 p/n when Pontypool Premier Inn on the Sunday night was £35 p/n.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Located very centrally as we had meetings in Cardiff and Swansea but also went on a few treks.

As always a good night's rest!

Great location, plenty of parking, room as you would expect from premier Inn chain, staff very helpful, Breakfast 10/10 and within hotel.
The only one negative thing was no power points by bedhead for phone charging which was a bit of pain for me having
To get up everytime phone went off or to see the time.

All good apart from the coffee machine being out of order and no yoghurts. So room great. Breakfast disappointing. If we had been told the coffee machine was out of order when paying for breakfast would not have bothered and gone to Wetherspoons.

Great value hotel. Large rooms with big comfy bed. Location not great, about 30 minutes walk into town centre but nice and quiet.

Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff who are more than happy to help with any of your needs. Breakfast was served with a smile too which is always nice to see 😊

Staff are superb, can't do enough for you. Breakfast is cooked fresh and is one of the best around. Well done guys, would recommend, whether business or pleasure.
