Stayed for 2 nights with my 3 year old son. The staff were lovely and made a big effort to speak to my little boy and show us to our room. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the pier and opposite the beach. We had a sea view as well. Would definitely stay again.

I was here for a night's stay with two kids and 8 other people including 3 elderly. I want to first thank the staff for their extremely polite nature. To name few of them I had spoken to Anna and Garade. it was my wife's birthday and we wanted to surprise her with a midnight champagne and they were happy to bring it to the room at 0.00 hrs. We were very pleased to have a sea facing room with a very nice view. Their breakfast was super good, they charge £12 for adults and £7 for the kids. They have a lift which is a bit squeezed and quite busy during the mornings and evenings and elder people found it a bit difficult. The hotel is close to local shops. Parking is a but difficult its a first come first serve in front of the hotel, might have to hunt for it when it gets really busy.

Overall a very nice family experience would definitely recommend!!!

My husband & I stayed for a couple of nights with our Granddaughter. Lovely, spotlessly clean hotel. Comfortable beds , great walk in shower/wetroom. Perfect location beautiful views of the sea right on the front & Close to shops, bars & pier. Rooms were lovely & very spacious. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, biscuits etc replenished each day. Breakfast was lovely, very well cooked full English. Croissants, cereals ect. All Staff who we met were very pleasant, especially the ladies on reception they were very nice & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, always greeted you with a nice smile. Small car park which was a bonus. I would definitely recommend this hotel & i would stay here again.

We stayed for one night (11/08/22). The hotel is amazing. Breakfast was help yourself with a good variety and very tasty. Our room 309 was a sea view room with 2 beds and it was lovely. Bathroom and room spacious with plenty of amenities. Little word of caution though, dont leave sweets on windowsill, the seagulls will steal them haha.
The staff were so so friendly and helpful. We have stayed at a few hotels in Llandudno but this is by far our favourite and will definately return here for our next visit.

We stayed for one night in room 209. We arrived early around lunchtime and asked would it be ok if we left the car in the car park until our room was ready. To our surprise the room was already sorted and they allowed us to have it straight away. Room has a wonderful view overlooking the bay. Great location. We didn't eat in the hotel, but the whole place was so clean and well set out. Again on our departure they allowed us to still use the car space when we checked out until we left a couple of hours later. The staff we met were all lovely and welcoming. I hope we can return at some point. Thank you so much.

This is a tale of two rooms.
The first room we were stuck in was small, dark and dirty overlooking the back car park. This is despite it seeming the place is almost empty midweek in October. The room looked nothing like the photos. It was small, dark, with darkly painted, stained walls, and insufficient lighting given the dark decor. The doors are uneven as another reviewer mentioned, and the carpet doesn’t even extend all the way to the wall, with gaps at the walls. It felt like a cave and a dirty and unfinished one at that. There were lights on the walls that didn’t work and not sure how a wall mounted light fixture has water stains on it. Each bed only had one thin pillow. The whole experience was just like a cheap motel.
The bathroom was clean, but strangely sterile and again poorly lit. I felt like I was in a locker room with the concrete floor. There was no bath mat so when showering the entire bathroom floor would get wet. The first night the water constantly switched between hot and cold and would surge and then trickle to almost nothing. The faucet and toilet had this same strange surging issue. The next morning I tried to take a shower and I could only get cold water. I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The front desk staff lady was friendly and helpful, but confused as to what could be causing this. She took me to a different room, one that was bright and clean. It also had some hardware on the shower faucet allowing adjustment of the water temperature that was apparently missing in our room. This second room also had a bath mat and large, fluffy pillows. The walls were clean and the carpet didn’t look like it was cut in with child’s scissors. She offered us this new room and we switched.
As other mentioned no breakfast included but there really are loads of places close by with breakfast for less than the hotel charges.
Overall, while I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and I was glad we were switched to a better room, I feel like the first room shouldn’t have even been let out to begin with.

It had everything I asked for, expect the beds had a twin room, two single beds, am not built for single bed, but I was ok for two night, if I was going for longer I would need a bigger bed,. Even thou my photos from the front don't show it it does have wheelchair/pram accessibility.
Staff are very helpful, and a delight interaction with. I will be booking here again.
