Perfect place in the centre of Cardiff, however if you can't sleep through city noise that unfortunately meant u was awake all night! Toilet seat also broke, and wet room drain was blocked leaving the floor in quite a bit of water.
Bar area and staff were brilliant however!

Good location with secure parking. Excellent staff on the front desk, professional and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. 3 nights and I was happy exploring the city in the evening after a day at work.

The room in which we stayed was small for 4 people. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on their website. We weren't in our rooms often, but when we were, it was very cramped and our luggage took up most of the floor. On the other hand, the staff of the hotel were VERY courteous, every part of the hotel was always clean, the breakfast each morning was wonderful, and the bar had everything you could want (including great food) after a hard day's work and time to relax. The lobby is pretty cool as well. If however you're looking to be close to the Cardiff Castle area, expect a 15 minute walk each day. Also very close to Cardiff Central train station and Queen Street call.

Be warned: don’t stay here
3Nov: extremely dirty carpet, none of the plugs worked, TV went on several times at night
4Nov: reception staff said she will talk to her boss, later in the afternoon, front desk staff said they had no idea about it, morning staff didn’t leave any message. They sent someone to fix the plugs. But didn’t change the room for us although we did request for it.
Mid night till 8am, TV turned on automatically 4 times. We couldn’t sleep at all
Give up, totally ruined our rugby weekend, should be ZERO star.

It’s getting a little tired for a raddison. Bathrooms have mould , rooms looking tired and there’s never much activity in the bar or restaurant area. Staff are always amazing and it doesn’t get a 5 star simply because it’s not up to standard with their other radissons.

Location spot on, rooms not so much! Had a suite which wasn't cheap & the sofa bed was a bit of a joke but we complained & they did send up a fold out bed straight away (although the maid did say they could sleep on the floor!). The room is just ok with a bit of mildew on ceiling in bedroom, marks & stains on the walls. Bathroom tatty for the price we'll paying. Radisson need to sort it out really.

Really dated for a corporate hotel. window leaked when it rained. First room had no windows. The saving grace was the lovely staff trying to do the best with what they have. I would avoid until it gets an update.

Hôtel is situated in a very nice area near shopping and in the city center though traffic is always heavy. Parking does not have a parking so consider paying 20 pounds extra per night for parking. Service is very good but our room was not very nice as it has no windows to outside so it is damp without any air circulation. Although room is quite spacious and bed is big and comfortable. Long story short, good value for the price though hotel is not very new and it is a little bit tired.
