Went here for Sunday lunch carvery and the food was excellent, couldn't fault it in any way.

Had a fantastic 3 course Christmas lunch today , with coffee etc at a very reasonable price , exceptional quality and excellent staff. Thankyou we will return in the new year as always 😊

I got mental health problems I get accused of making noise in my room haven't made any noise at all don't appreciate it it's getting reported to the council am vulnerable it's not right

Really welcoming atmosphere. Its an old style hotel yes, but its clean and comfortable which for me mattered most! Hair and body wash in the bathroom was a nice touch as was the comfy armchair in my room! Overall good value for money great location just needs a few tweaks!

This was my first room, I stayed here several further times and things got worse from noisy guests (of the not so family friendly nature) next door to a room where none of the lights worked. A shame as it started so well.

Noise inside/outside, bath had no way of filling it unless you unscrewed the shower head, tape holding the skirtingboard together, found several public hairs on edge of the bath (not mine) room was tidy about only good point. 24 hour bar was shut at 945 pm and to top it all, it houses the homeless too, definatly one I will avoid next time I'm in wales

We had Christmas lunch, a bit disappointed, soup was salty, it was not fresh turkey ( it was turkey you would have in a sandwich), veg undercooked maybe just an off day. Staff very helpful and friendly.
