Best Western Lamphey Court Hotel & Spa

Only used the spa, not a guest in the hotel but loved it! I need the plinky-plonky music in my bathroom at home!! So relaxing 😌
The pool was lovely and warm and clean, the showers were fantastic and I loved the spin dryer for your wet costume! Great idea! My hubby enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The whole place was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail everywhere 😊

My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. I love the location, its got loads of family activities to do not too far from the hotel and the people are friendly too. We are definitely coming back. The staff are helpful and welcoming too. Overall experience was excellent. The only thing is that the room we stayed in had dog fur on the carpet which can be easily vacuumed otherwise it was fun.

The location is great, really calm in beautiful rural landscape and only a five minutes drive away from sandy beach that is not overrun. Great for swimming and chilling out. They have a good pool on site, spa treatments, a cosy hotel bar, tennis courts and a gym. It's also not far from Pembroke where you got pubs, restaurants and Pembroke castle which is really impressive and well worth a visit. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. It was great for us as we could bring our dog, therefore we were in the coach house, not the main building which was absolutely fine. The only criticism I have is that the cleaning during our stay could have been a bit better. They didn't really clean the floors properly and with a dog that's a bit of an issue. It was ok for a short stay but wouldn't have been for any longer. Other than that, everything else was fine and we would recommend.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for our first year wedding anniversary (25th - 27th August). Hotel staff kindly decorated our bed with flower petals and this put a smile on my wife’s face. We had a great time. The hotel is situated in a beautiful area, staff were very friendly, the leisure facility was nice and the sirloin steak served in the restaurant was excellent. The only downside was that pizza was the only available choice for room service. Despite this, the pizza was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you again for a great stay!

Really nice place if a bit dated.
The staff were excellent, polite, knowledgeable and helpful.
The Spa was a real bonus and the team phoned us in advance to state it would be closed on the Monday as a mark of respect.
The breakfasts we're enough to sustain you all day and the evening meals were good if a bit pricey.
My only small gripe would be the bed / mattress, not comfortable and a double not a king size which seems to be the new standard in most hotels now.

Just spent a weekend celebrating my husband's 70th birthday here. We were a party of 15 and all agree that the place was wonderful, the staff were lovely - friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Leisure facilities excellent and it also helped to have some board games/cards in the lounge for the children.
We'll definitely be back!

Had a lovely, quiet and relaxing two night stay at this beautiful place. My partner and I had a spa package and really just wanted some peace and quiet from our hectic lives.
We did request a quiet room and true enough the room was quiet - no weird buzzes or electrical hums, or kitchen extractor fans! The grounds are stunning and the hotel is historical and quirky. We literatally didn't leave the building other than for a short walk, a swim and a massage. The facilities are great and really enjoyed our massage. The food is good too.
Our room was clean and airy and the best very comfortable. Staff are friendly and the place has a nice, casual vibe.
My only criticism is there needs to be more attention paid to dusting some areas in the room. But this seems to be the case of most hotels. Other than that I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely stay again..

Generally, it is a good hotel in a lovely location, however on this last occasion, there was a noticeably reduced service due to short staffing.
As best Western gold reward members - we experienced difficulty and reluctance of the management to provide the complimentary free drink which is supposed to be offered to gold and higher tier members as part of the membership benefits. This aspect of their approach towards us as gold members was quite disappointing and we hope it won't happen again.
