Horrendous place to stay !!!non existent customer service skills The house keeping is awful ! Musty bedding once a month that’s no joke !!! the rooms filthy bed bugs ! hairs everywhere knocked me sick 😷 will definitely not stay there again empty toilet roll inserts still in the bin ! grease all over the kettle vile !!! Broken beds and wardrobes etc not what you would expect from rhos on sea area!!!
