Blooming brilliant. Whole place clean and tidy but it is the people that make it good or bad and Kizzie and the lady who sortedbreakfast were excellent. Will be back.
Ps only reason for dropped star on room was the little mould on side of bath.

Check in was really good, we were taken up to our room by a lovely friendly girl (sorry I didn't get your name)
We stayed in room 15 twin beds.
The beds are way past the time they should of been replaced, my bed was partially bad, the base of the bed was so rickety that when I turned over it sounded as though it was going to fall to pieces.
The mattress sagged in the middle, I felt every spring.
The heating was on, this is the week the hottest weather in the UK had been recorded.
The prevoius guests towels were still hanging in the bathroom.
We couldn't have the window open as below was the smoking area, we are non smokers.
When my sister used the bathroom at 4am she said it sounded as though there was a party in the next room, this turned out to be the houskeeping room, so we can only assume the noise was from the smoking area.
Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked poached eggs on toast.

Last minute booking out of necessity.
Good location for Carmarthen with parking.
Old fashioned, shabby, poor bedding, mould around the bath/shower.
Two very delightful ladies running the business

Positive- car prk at rear, Town centre allocation, hot water. Negatives- terrible place. you pay for what you get. Very budget, sticky carpets and urgently need updating furniture in rooms. Radiator stuck on all night, very hot even with window open. Dirty and mould in shower. Very noisey from room next door and constant noise, banging of doors from 1am onwards. In and out of female visitors!! Unable to sleep all night because of this. Definate not stay there again or recommend.

Great place to stay.Emma, the owner, was very helpful, great service and very welcoming.would definitely recommend this place, unfortunately had to drop a star due to the poor service and quality at breakfast. Not exactly sure what happened with this but were guessing this can't be the norm at this outstanding place, hopefully just a one off. Will be staying again in the future:-)

Im so glad i booked this Hotel on my trip to the UK. The hotel is amazing and clean and a home away from home feeling. Does need some upgrading but room was so so clean and very proud of the covid safety too. I met a cleaning lady Marina on my way out and she was so respectful and helpful and she is so good at the work she does and cleanliness. Workers like herself should certainly be recognised.
