Great location, rooms were OK, bed done well and clean as was the bathroom. However there was a very damp smell through out the hotel all the way from entering the reception door up to our room and inside. Service was good polite and gave when asked for extra pillows and towels. Dusty fans no air conditioning,

Stayed here for one night on a road trip. Parking was fine. Room had everything it needed. Value for money - I think it was slightly overpriced for a weekday night, booked well in advance. There was a weird smell in the corridors. Polite staff though!

If you aren't fussy about where you stay then this place is for you. It's quite run down, dirty and stained carpets, spongy floor in the bathroom, stained bedding, holes in the walls, to name but a few things. It appears that a lot of contractors use this hotel too, so people coming and going at all hours in work boots etc. The staff at reception weren't really bothered and seemed to have an attitude issue. I wouldn't stop here again.

Overall a nice little spot right next to the main dual carriageway. On a recent trip to anglesey circuit we stopped here for the night. The staff were brilliant and very professional and couldn't do enough for you. The room was clean but however it seriously needs updating. Silicone was literally everywhere which was quite off putting but never the less a great stay. Right next to the services also so getting a coffee/ food was ideal.

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Feels ready for demolition and rebuild.
Not easy to find, very basic amenities and in my room ( number 13 ) I could hear every footstep in the room above. Uncomfortable bed. No lighting in the car park - I felt very nervous as a female negotiating my way in the dark. Feel excited to be leaving here this morning after a 2 night stay. Never again!

Turned up early in the morning as the Premier inn Holyhead had overbooked.

Sheila was amazing to get us a room quickly - really fantastic service.

Warm and comfy bed, secure and quiet room so we could lay our heads for a good nights sleep before a long journey the next day.

Thank you again Sheila.

Location is good, with places to eat and a petrol station on site. Also very close to the North Wales Expressway with quick access to Snowdonia and the coast.

The hotel feels a bit tired, and probably needs a refit before too long. There is a lingering damp smell everywhere, my room was clean but showing a lot of wear and tear with water damage in the bathroom, and a storage heater which mostly made the air in the room very dry. Also my pet hate for all hotels: no plug sockets by the bed!

Being on the ground floor meant I could hear the people in the room above stomping around most of the night, so light sleepers might do better upstairs.

It’s very inexpensive and great for a one night stop over if you’re not expecting too much. I’ll visit again.

Very large, clean, dog freindly room. Staff excellent. Bit shabby overall but fine for an overnight stop or a few days sight seeing. Close to Zip World quarry.
