I mean everyone will have their own feelings about how the bed feels and all that. But what you can’t deny is the kindness and hilarity of the staff. Talking with them for hours and hours about all the things in the world is an amazing time. So kind and nice, rooms are lovely too and cleaned properly

Convenient hotel for Cardiff Airport rooms are comfortable and have all the amenities you need for your stay. Restaurant was closed because of refurbishment. But there was plenty of choice nearby so that was not a problem, but the bar was open so we could get a drink and relax outside perfect start to are holidays. Staff were amazing could not help us enough well recommended 👌

I stayed here for one night and have advised my company not to use the hotel in future.
The young lady on reception was really helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is located very close to the airport and offers free parking.

The room and the hotel on the other hand were poor, grubby, musty, and dirty, I'll let the photos speak for themselves, I'm sure the hotel will respond and tell me I didn't mention this during my stay. I was there for one night, was in the room late and out again before 7am, my photos tell you all you need to know.
The corridors and room have air fresheners plugged in and placed along the corridors trying to mask the musty smell, the smell should be addressed rather than masking it.

Two stars for the staff and the location.

Very friendly woman at the reception and bar. The interiour isn't very modern but looks very clean and well maintained. The bar and pool room are nice to spend time in.

The room was very spacious and clean.

I only stayed for one night to get to the airport in the early morning but definitely recommend this place. Will be back!

Great place to stay location wise, however, we found the room is in need of a lick of paint and a new window!!! Apart from that the bed was really comfortable. The elderly lady working on reception and the bar was fantastic, she worked wonders on her own. She also recommended the Highwayman public house for food and we weren't disappointed. Definitely stay there again if we use Cardiff Airport again! (PS- after covid hope they are successfull in managing to get a chef and get their dinning room open) loved the bar!!

The Staff, Breakfast and location are 5 star.
Unfortunately the rooms let this hotel down.
You could feel all the bed springs, I had to fold the duvet in half to get a bit of comfort. Then I woke up freezing cold early in the morning as there was no heating. Might as well had not bothered with windows as they didn't seem to do anything, keeping neither noise or cold out.
Lastly the bathroom extraction fan was not working.
When I made these complaints to the lady behind the desk in the morning she commented that she had a lot of complaints about the same issues from other guests that morning.

Lovely staff. Great location to airport. Nice pint of lager. Big and clean rooms. Not the most modern but amazing value for money. Comfy bed. No complaints

Good enough for a stopover. Everything worked and the place was clean and warm in winter. Price reflects the age of the rooms, but the decoration has been kept up to date and maintained in the room I had, so no complaints. Had a bath as well as a shower which is always a plus for me. I hate the pricier modern hotels that only have shower cubicles.
