We had a wonderful week at the Manor House. It exceeded our expectations from the moment we came up the drive, the grounds are so beautifully presented. Everything we could have needed was there, the beds were really comfortable and the house felt cosy whilst spacious. The garden was amazing fir the children and spaniel and we had ringside seats watching the Red Arrows perform a display - what a treat! Thank you for the lovely welcome pack too, really nice touch. We hope to be back!

Gorgeous accommodation and perfect location. Lovely and spacious with beautiful finishing touches to the decor. Nice touch also with the welcome basket and the doggie basket. Hot tub was a great bonus to relax in. Really peaceful place set in an amazing area. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Manor House. Peaceful and relaxing. Great for our Christmas get together and break from manic lives. From the thoughtful doggie treats and Christmas cards to the hot tub and gorgeous Christmas tree to greet you. Loved every minute thanks for letting us stay. Also lots of cutlery pans. Everything you need and more!

We stayed in Gamekeepers over the Christmas period. Great property, very spacious and wonderful for us, our daughter, her husband and their dogs. Wonderful owners who are passionate about ensuring visitors have a great stay.
The hot tub and log burner were wonderful to return to after a blustery walk on the beach. Great location and near to numerous wonderful beaches and country walks. The use of a fenced paddock in the grounds was also a bonus.
Unfortunately the aga was awaiting a new part which had been delayed due to the postal strike, although disappointing this was completeley out of Gwen and Jay's control and we were unable to use it during our stay they were extremely helpful in providing extra equipment to use alongside the electric part of the aga.
The enclosed garden is lovely, looking out across the countryside and on Plas Llechylched website it gives full details to advise that it has a low picket fence and the neigbouring garden wraps around it, unfortunately this was not advised on the Sykes website and although during the winter this was not a problem at all, it may have been difficult if we had visited during the summer and there were also dogs in the property next door. I would definitely advise booking through Gwen and Jays own website rather than Sykes. Unfortunately we were not aware of there own site prior to booking but it is very informative and accurate.

THE FORGE........
We have just stayed at the Forge and we were the first guests at this lovely two bedroom cottage. We have stayed at a number of the cottages at Plas LLechylched, and each are unique but with quirky features. We particularly liked the kitchen with the island, and there was everything you needed in the cupboards (& more!!). Gorgeous bedrooms, one with a super-king bed, which was so comfortable and supersoft bedding and lovely en-suit. The second bedroom had a lovely bath, which was welcomed after some long walks on the island. There is a great sized hot tub with views over fields and sheep. There is a small paddock at the back of the cottage which was perfect for our two dogs and very safe. The location is perfect and just 10 minutes from Rhosneigr. We keep returning to these gorgeous cottages and you anyone looking to book will not be disappointed.

What a beautiful cottage! I love the traditional exterior
with the welsh stone & the grounds are gorgeous. Out the front it’s a huge space of grass & gravel. Out back is a private garden with furniture and hot tub. It’s completely secure out back which was perfect for our little dog. She could pop in & out via the back doors without us worrying she could wonder off.
Inside the cottage the decor is modern but cosy, it’s been beautifully done. The kitchen has everything you need & more so you don’t need to eat out if you don’t want to. Living area is really comfortable and cosy with a log fire. The bathroom has a huge copper bath with room for two & a huge walk in shower. The bedroom is as equally nice as the rest of the cottage with a lovely bed that provided a great nights sleep.
The location is a fab to explore all of Anglesey. No where was more than 20 mins away!
All in all we loved our stay & would 100% go back. The owners had thought of everything & done everything to ensure a safe covid stay. They had also given us a welcome pack of Prosecco, tea, coffee, milk, cakes, crisps & dog treats. We loved it & highly recommend it!
