DATED! this hotel needs a big refurbishment! the room was dirty I did not walk bare foot. On arriving in the room we were greeted with dead bugs everywhere and a damp smell. Bathroom was covered in hair and the bath covered in black dirt! The pool and should be closed for health n safety reasons.. it’s also very dirty and rusty! The steps to get into the pool hand off the wall so please do not use these as it’s very dangerous. Breakfast was ok very quick. However the service from the older lady wasn’t very nice she cuts you short and had poor customer service skills. When we approach management to give feedback it was dismissed straight away. My advice look for so where else before you consider here.

Poor from start to finish
Reception doesn’t order taxis even when you ask!! They give you a list of phone numbers to call of locals… even though first one we called said he was 25 mins away and wouldn’t come. Ended up waiting over 30 mins for some guy!! Toilet seat was unsecured and fell off. Drinks overpriced and don’t get me started on the pillows. Thin and old!
Breakfast was like bingo. Sometimes you got all of the items. Other time not!
Not worth the money

We stayed from the 12th of September to the 16th. We had a very pleasant stay. We had our wedding anniversary and the staff gave us a card and decorated our bed. Very clean hotel, helpful polite staff and well located to visit North Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. Nice breakfasts and enjoyed the food. Would definitely visit again. Sean and Sue.

My first time at the Oriel House and I'll give it top marks, the staff were very polite and very helpful no matter what you asked, the food was delicious and the alcohol was reasonably priced. I payed £70 for a room for the night which included breakfast and iron was money well spent and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a it for a function.

I cannot comment on the bedrooms as I only attended an evening function. The staff were all brilliant and we all enjoyed the Christmas party dinner and disco! Well done all!

Didn't stay long, went for a course so didn't stay the night, didn't see rooms.
Looks nice place. Bit of a maze, which I quite liked.
Lovely girl behind the bar, was on her own serving everyone in the break while management sat on their bottoms hiding in the office! Location is good but on quite a busy road so just be patient when you pull out of car park xxx

I attended a wedding at Oriel House.

The building was deceptively large. The car park was really large.

The food was really good.

The staff were attentive and friendly.

I didn't stay overnight, so I can't comment on the rooms.

It's nice and quiet as it's on the outskirts of town.
