Contactless check in procedure simple enough.
Accommodation basic but clean.
No frills Hotel, parking not too close in bad weather (thank you storm Eunice), but when Premier Inn was asking £172 for the same night, this was 1/3 of that - no question in my mind where to choose.

Easy check in and decent rooms (but very creaky and too soft bed).
But no WiFi, which in this day and age seems unacceptable especially as WiFi was listed.
No allocated parking.

Stayed here over the weekend check in is easy and contact less. hotel is in a great location near sea front and pier (there is no parking at the hotel) on a Saturday night you can hear music/noise untill the early hours Sunday was quiet and the hotel do provide ear plugs. Rooms are clean and and tidy got everything you need tea, coffee, fan, mini fridge, WiFi etc can't fault it only complaint I had was the shower there was literally no pressure! one of the worse I've had! Overall we enjoyed our stay we payed £130 for a weekend in July which we thought was good value and would recommend the hotel to others. Good job guys 👍

The check in was easy and the room was very clean. The room was decorated thoughtfully. The owner knows there’s some noise issue so earplugs were provided. Easy parking across the street by the ocean.

My husband and I spent the night here a few weeks ago, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Individual features with quirky little touches. Location excellent, easy checking in and out. Great price and easy booking. I would love to stay again without a doubt.

Liked the hotel but only 4 stars for the stairs , creaky bed and bathroom door that had been fitted by an amateur. However , the position is perfect , it was freshly decorated , spotlessly clean and quiet , our window looked over a pitched roof . The check in was cv19 safe , easy and although we didn't see another person inside we heard people but not loudly enough to bother us . The rustic furniture was interesting but served us well , overall the stay was enjoyable and I thank the owners.

Adequate accommodation.
Narrow steep stairs.
Didn't realise pets were allowed, normally a no-no for me.
Foyer smells faintly of toilets/drains.
Room freezing cold at 16:00
just warming up at 18:00.
Bathroom door doesn't fit the frame properly.
Extractor fan sounds like a farm tractor.
Cheap & clean room.

We have stayed here twice now. The location is excellent, the rooms are good sizes with ensuite bathrooms and a small fridge. The shower is no power shower but it gets the on done. Would recommend.
