Stayed for 1 night staff are great reception are very friendly. Good coffee in your room and very clean and comfortable. We had food in the restaurant and was the best Indian I have had 😊. Only downfall was a lot of drunk people in the bar seemed more like a night club

Remember this is a none refundable booking.
Me and my wife stay in many many hotels across the country and over the world but this has to be by far the most filthy badly run hotel we have ever come across. The staff are extremely rude the room was nothing like described or shown on their website. Homeless people are living in some of the rooms just wandering about starring at you and your suitcases,we did not feel safe at all. Give this place a wide birth I'd rather sleep on the street. If I could give it a minus star rating I would.

Great location, really pleasant experience and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such an awesome place to stay is the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage and we taken care of impecibly. High recommended to stay here.

Can't fault it, lovely gentleman on reception who was polite, helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, fresh linen and towels, very comfy bed, a good supply of teas, coffee and toiletries. Don't judge a book by its cover, excellent value for money.

No WiFi...they say it will be fixed tomorrow...but tomorrow never came in the 5 days I was there. Cell phone tethering next to impossible cause the signal in the room was terrible.

Not alot could be said here in terms of good.
I was a guest here for a birthday party and the venue clearly had no renovation work done, there was damp on the walls and some walls even had water dripping. The toilets were even worse, you have this unit dispensing hot and cold water as the taps on the sink weren't working. The hand dryers were useless as you could blow harder to dry your hands.

Room was ok but the management was very rude. The chef was not available and we were not given enough detail about the disabled access through staircase which we were not told about. We were told that we could make a late check-in and we had given them a time and they kept calling and calling us saying you are not here yet when are you going to be coming and we said a certain time and they didn't even help us to get a taxi. But I can say one good thing was that the cleaners were the best they were so nice and they were always ask just what they need what you think needed and everything.

Was a decent room just missing a lamp but that was due to covid! And didn't eat the breakfast as another guest said it was terrible but we found a lovely cafe across the road!
Overall happy with our stay
