Felt it was overpriced at £120+ a night. They didn't even dust the room or put biscuits in. Air con didn't work either. Location wasn't great as you have to drive anywhere although there is pub and mcdonalds next door. Reception staff were nice enough.
Overall for the price I feel there were better alternatives.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely brewers fayre restaurant next door also a Costa just within the car park and a short walk there was a McDonald's and a short 6-10min drive into Abergavenny town centre. The family room layout is the same in all premier Inn hotels and beds are reasonably comfy. There is a lift within the hotel. There's lots of parking which is shared with brewers fayre and Costa and around 6-8 disabled parking bays at the front of the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we visit Abergavenny.

Probably best Premier Inn I've stayed in. Ample parking. Great mattress, to be expected, firm pillows, better than expected, quiet room, better than expected, AIR CON worked and was as quiet as a whisper. Ding Dong. This hotel does not disappoint.

Good service, but usual Premier Inn rooms with air conditioning that doesn't seem to really offer fresh air as they promise. Bit stuffy making sleep a bit harder. Hotel is on the main ring road and not in town so bit of a walk uphill into town.

Great friendly staff and efficient, room spotless, lovely kingsize bed with crisp and clean bedding, bathroom spotless and everything you wanted was in the room, can't fault anything, will definitely be back, thank you to all the staff, a big 5* from me, stayed there on 31.10.22.

The room was freezing. Heating/ air on only blew out cold air.
I slept with my coat, clothes and bathroom towels on the bed to try and get warm.
By the time I realised I wasn’t going to warm up it was late and I was in bed.
Would never stay here again!!!

Great place to stay, but slowest broadband I've come across - 0.2mbps. I seem to recall my old dial up (c.1998) was much faster than that.
