Very friendly and accommodating staff. My room was light and airy with a bit of a view of the beach and sea which was lovely. Like the rest of Tenby they were struggling for staff so patience required at meal times. Evening entertainment which was variable but fun. Lovely beer garden at side and total sun-trap spot overlooking the sea. Something for everyone.

Due to the train strike we were looking for emergency accomodation. Pauline at the Clarence Hotel went above and beyond to try and sort us out. Not only did she call us back from her personal mobile, she made suggestions that went that extra mile. Thank you so much!

Room was very basic. Breakfast surface was poor. Late opening up, took ages to serve me. When the food came it was horrible and the portion size given to a grown man was baby sized. Here’s what a £10 breakfast gets you…

Cheap pints during happy hour, seating out the front overlooking the sea however the beer garden to the rear is completely walled in with no views.

Had a lovely 4 day holiday here for Turkey and tinsel. The room was clean and serviced each day. Lovely sea view. Bathroom very tight.needed to close door before being able to sit on toilet. Food good, staff were lovely and helpful. Entertainment good. Would not hesitate to stay again.
