The en-suite room was fully up to expectation with a lovely comfy bed and Tea and Coffee available at all times. The Breakfast left nothing to be desired with a full selection available for all tastes.
The Staff were wonderful and friendly and bent over backwards to please.

Lovely staff, great value for money, nice central location in the town. The rooms and the bar area could really use some love and care - there were knuckle imprints in the wall of our room and scuff marks on much of the paintwork in the corridor and on the door of our room. In the bar the floor around the bar as well as the tables were all sticky, and the bench seats at our table were visibly very stained. All in all our stay was pleasant, the beds were comfortable and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and wanted to make our stay pleasant.

Perfect for my nights stopover. Comfortable room with a fan (helped me sleep well), a quiet comfortable environment and great beds, and a great shower. Full tea and coffee in the room was a nice boon. The large desk was indispensable for me. Perfect!

Hotel is very well located for all amenities and entertainment in Wrexham. On arrival the staff were helpful and polite and made us very welcome. The rooms were fine and clean with adequate supplies of toiletries and tea / coffee. It has a large pleasant bar and a decent menu for pub grub. Overall a great place to stay.

I cannot speak enough about how amazing, warm and welcoming the staff were!! It was indicative of my experience with people in wrexham. what a wonderful place in the world with delightful locals!
the room was small but comfortable, i had a great nights sleep!
The bathroom needed some up dating, but the shower was hot and wonderful.
I can honestly say, i will stay again!!

I went to visit the wynnstay the other day for meal with my family. Now I am not one to write reviews normally but this one was well earned. The food was decent but what really pushed the 5 stars was my service from a lovely lady called Rowan. She was extremely pleasant and looked after me and my family with great care.

Booked 4 nights, was met by Roanne very welcoming and got me to the car park ( rear of hotel). Her warmth I feel was very genuine, so please keep up the good work!
The only slight negative would be to upgrade the bathroom. Apart from that the bar/staff were really nice… hopefully will try the food..
Thanks

Friendly staff, lovely and warm, comfortable room. Nice to get a bath in the bathroom. Only downsides were no plug sockets near the bed and bed lamps were in awkward positions so my partner hit his head. You'd think he'd have learnt after the 3rd time lol.
Also, we drink cider but never touch strongbow as it's like battery acid and gives us both heartburn so we were unable to have a drink in the bar and had to go elsewhere.
