The house is beautiful. It's layout really lends itself to groups and families. Gorgeous gardens/land surrounding it. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. The WiFi is alright but if lots are on it, it will be slow but it is very much a rural property so it's to be expected. Would certainly book here again! Thanks for a lovely stay!

The cottages are remote but in beautiful surroundings. Ideal getaway with dogs and great location for exploring North Wales.

Beautiful cosy cottage suitable for all of the family! Fantastic facilities including a play area on site and there are scenic routes for daily walks near by. The rooms are spotless and the beds are very comfortable. A home away from home, I would definitely recommend going for a get a way!

Very comfortable cottage. The standard of everything is excellent. We had excellent nights sleeps in super comfy beds.

Only been here 2 days and in love with this place already. The photo's certainly don't do it justice...the most beautiful Farmhouse with everything you could need for a getaway with family. Down a fabulous winding country lane through a field with sheep, cows in a field below then nestled in amongst all this you see the Cottages and this Farmhouse. Well equipped, spotlessly clean. The most welcoming hosts who answered questions and gave advice on things. Can't wait to enjoy the rest of our week 😊❤🏴 Update..... What a week that was !! We've spent many family holidays over the years at a family owned residence near Bala but our family has grown and we needed exactly what this glorious Farmhouse had... Space and there was plenty of it and its a fabulous place to play a (respectful) game of hide and seek. Outside 2 evenings spent watching the stars once out the back and the 2nd time out the front on the big grassy area over the wall. We had a BBQ, we cooked full meals with every kind of pot, pan and tray you could need (even went old school and made Instant whip as there was a whole herd of glass dessert dishes and so much cutlery, crockery and glassware available you didn't even have to wait for the dishwasher to finish. There are tv's in both the lounges but to be honest they were barely on and some books and games. We went to the beach at Rhos-on-Sea on what felt like hottest day ever, we went to Bala, Dolgellau and the Rhug Estate at Corwen for a Bison burger but mostly we enjoyed the house, the countryside, the play equipment for little ones was an added bonus and the walk down to the river. We played games and relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves the whole time. Sat Navs are a bit hopeless at times and we recommend the app what3words which we found extremely helpful.

Access to anywhere is Terrible roads and 22 miles from llanwryst.. near near as claimed
