Premier Inn Cardiff East hotel

Amazing, stayed during a very busy weekend and slept fine! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed here on Saturday for the night before our wedding and we just want to say a huge thank you to Tina who went above and beyond for all the guest that joined us to stay. She is a true credit to the hotel and helped so much.

We had an amazing long weekend for the rugby. Saskia on reception and Tina went above and beyond to ensure our trip was great. Richard and Daniel in the adjoining pub/restaurant greeted us with such open arms and the locals were the best bunch. Couldn't have hoped for a better stay and we're returning in February. Looking forward to seeing everyone again soon.

Rooms and bed smaller than normal premier inn standard. Bathroom not as clean as normal . Whole place looking tired and in need of freshen up. No bin in bathroom for used sanitary products. Just underwhelming and not usual standard we are used to from premier inn. Would not stay again

Stayed here for the night, the toilet seat was small and broken. The curtains were filthy the dust in them was not pleasant to view
