A very cold pint and a very scrumptious burger was devoured here.
After a longer than ment to be walk we found ourselves here with no table booked at a busy tea time, BUT the staff here were really good, and accommodated us and our 4 legged friend. Found us a table and severed us refreshing cold beer 🍺 😋 couldn't thank them enough.
Beer good, food good, staff good, very happy customers!

Very much enjoyed our first visit here. Great views of the bay and charming waitress. Had drink at bar and watched the end of football before being seated. Good attentive service, and food was excellent. Came back the following morning for coffee/breakfast but sadly didn’t open until 11 🤷‍♂️. Staying down in the village, so was a nice walk around the bay before/after, liked the route across the private grounds. Booked again to come next week for dinner with our daughter/grandson - says it all! Sadly our second visit was not so successful. Our table was by the window with direct sunlight, it took over an hour to serve us our main meal, the waitress was in denial of the poor service, justifying it by saying there was a big table being served, and just generally not made to feel welcome. I treated myself to the ribeye of Welsh beef, which left me underwhelmed at £28! Not even a steak knife!! And my wife’s chicken was tough through being over-cooked. On the plus side our daughter and grandsons had pizzas which they said were excellent. There you have it - won’t return as back to London in the morning!!

Booked up on the off chance of a table (a resident of Holyhead), Got lucky 🍀. The Bay View is set in such lovely grounds with views of Cemaes Bay and the surrounding area. The staff are excellent, well mannered, approachable, tables cleared almost immediately and prompt. Struck gold with the Sunday lunch (Lamb), meat was tender, Yorkshire's to die for and great selection of vegetables (carrot and swede mash - wonderful). The Sunday dinner was on par with Catch 22's (also excellent). Cocktails were spot on as well. Will visit again. Well done.

Apologies for the lack of photos, just wanted to tuck into my dinner.

Superb hotel with beautiful views, great restaurant and choice of menu. We had dressed crab, Duck, salad and creme brulee. Fine dining or cheaper bar meals. Great wine and beer choice. Finely furnished high quality hotel. Great manager of the hotel, restaurant and bar staff. Emma looked after us well. Paul Davies Aviation Historian

Visited here after a trip to the beach. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The food was nice and we had a lovely view while having our lunch.

Would recommend for a pleasant hearty meal after a lovely stroll by the sea.

Our second trip to this lovely hotel and just as good as ever. In a beautiful setting overlooking Camaes Bay, the view for our bedroom was stunning. All the staff are friendly and attentive. Lovely breakfasts, great choices and the evening meals fabulous. Great menu and good wine selection. We enjoyed the special French evening last week. We will definitely return again next year. This hotel is a hidden gem. 5/5.

Location was amazing. I honestly cannot praise the staff enough for being super helpful, welcoming and friendly. I found the place really quaint. Super clean. The restaurant served incredible food, and the service was truly excellent. We were not waiting for anything. I really enjoyed my stay here and will absolutely be coming back again.
