This really is a terrible service. I have used this company in excess of two years and the service has got progressively worse. I have just had to cancel my contract as I have come to my wits end with them. My experience is very much like the previous reviewer Ian. The cleaners are nice, but the job is not up to my standards. I have to clean after they have been!! They also speak very little English, so its difficult to explain issues to them. However, being a mum with a young baby, I thought some cleaning is better than no cleaning, so I continued.
The service that you get from the office staff is 100% appalling. Inconsistent, scheduling is disorganised and I have been left without cleaning with no explanation. Cleaners have come at the wrong time and with incorrect hours to be worked. The companies customer service is terrible. A company to be avoided I think

I had an outstanding service from Nikolai, a cleaner from Bulgaria. He worked for 5 hours straight and did a deep clean on a property which needed a lot of work. He kindly called me as he finished, so I was able to enter the property to inspect afterwards. Please pass on my feedback to Nikolai. He did an outstanding job. I can highly recommend him! :-)
