BDPOL CLEANING SERVICE LTD

This company cancelled our end of tenancy cleaning last minute and have not refunded us the payment (£150) a month and a half later. After multiple emails, calls and texts, and empty promises, we are incredibly disappointed. Please process our refund urgently.

Avoid this company! Waste of time and money. The whole job was discussed before I was given a quote which I accepted. When the cleaners got there they decided they didn't feel like doing certain things and I was informed I hadn't told them the full description and was told that I was lying and they refused to complete the job. No refund. Still dust and cobwebs everywhere. Definitely not a Deep Clean as advertised.

Great Cleaning Team. Professional Service. I will use Their service again. They have done a great End of Tenancy Cleaning. My House was too much dirty by they clean nicely and I got my Full Deposits Back. Thank you again

Used this Company for End of Tenancy Cleaning. Really I am happy to use BDPOL Cleaning Service. They are professional , on time and have done a great job. Their online booking system is very easy. For Sure I will use this company again.

AVOID! FRAUDSTERS AND THEIVES!

Booked these guys for an end of tenancy DEEP CLEAN.

The man (Mohammed) promised me a professional deep clean.

Two cleaners arrived, with their own filthy, used clothes etc... they cleaned the WHOLE flat with a used wire brush and fairly liquid.

Multiple times I told them there were surfaces not left cleaned and they did not attened to these.

They did a terrible job doing the hoover even after I asked them to clean it again.

The whole service was rushed and took the two of them 3hrs - I paid £145 for this.

Finally, and this is the WORST part.... the two cleaners decided to USE and STEAL my cleaning equipment even after they confirmed they would use their own.

After raising this with the boss Mohammed - he was very very rude and told me that I am lying!

Nonetheless, I have video and photo evidence.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
