Initially called Aaron to look at boiler fault, he found likely problem quickly and presented options for repair, with honest appraisal that they would likely be temporary fixes.
He then gave options for replacement of boiler, and was open to suggestion of a move from existing site to the loft.
Work was quickly booked and Aaron arrived as scheduled. He worked collaboratively when considering each stage of installation and was quick and tidy with his work. Everything appears to have been done to a high standard. Overall I would thoroughly recommend Aaron and Southern Thermal.

What a good experience! Really pleasant guys to deal with. Before installation we discussed many options and decided on one outside unit and three inside units. What a neat job they made of it! They turned up on time and finished a day early. The whole system was tested and explained to me. Aaron, who is in charge of the company, really knows what he is doing. If you want to cool your house, trust Aaron to do a good job for you.

Had 2 guys round yesterday’s to install 2 x air cons, first class service, very professional and friendly throughout, love these machines they have fitted so easy to use and so effective

(Used recently for the £358 charge but problems arose from works in 2020)……I used this company in 2020 to remove storage heaters & install electric heaters. One broke just over a year later. I contacted them and they charged me to ‘investigate’ the problem. I was told it needed a new part which they couldn’t get hold of and that the warranty was out. I was quoted £358 for a new heater. After quite some time, they fitted the heater. Since then another has broken, I called in a different company who told me the heaters provided were not large enough for the rooms they were in, having raised this, they sent me a screw fix invoice for £69 and said you can return it yourself. Meaning they charged me £300 to put two screws in the wall! They are have said they didn’t measure the rooms to find the correct size they just fitted the same as what was in situ, which I told them was not sufficient. I am now having to have all 3 heaters changed at an additional cost. I would not recommend this company at all

Aaron installed a new gas boiler to replace and existing one. However this was not a straightforward task since the boiler needed to be relocated and gas and water pipes rerouted through the garage and outbuilding. It was potentially a messy job, but Aaron was a great problem solver and succeeded in carrying out the work very professionally and with no complaint. We are very pleased with the work and have no hesitation in recommending Southern Thermal who were lean, tidy and considerate. Brilliant service!

The guys from Southern Thermal have done a fantastic job installing air conditioning for us in a home office and family garden room. All the work was carried out as planned and very neatly including rerouting the power cable for one unit within the wall so we were left with no visible wiring. All the pipework was carefully finished off and insulated. The guys left the work area clean and tidy after they finished and they were very careful when working which was great given both rooms were recently decorated.

We were very pleased with how soon we could have our boiler serviced. Aaron phoned to let us know when he was arriving & was courteous & efficient. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
