I ordered a portable AC unit yesterday and it’s here already this morning. Amazing service and the unit itself looks so good. Easy to set up, operate and move around. Im over the moon with it. It’s honestly the best £400 I’ve ever spent. I’ve only got the fan running at moment and already the room is lovely and cool. Can’t wait to use the AC later. Cannot recommend this company enough. We've had the 12000 BTU model for a few weeks to use in our bedroom, and frankly, I've been waiting for something to go wrong, because the price is so low for such a powerful unit. But so far, excellent. They delivered the unit quickly, and even during the recent heat waves, it quickly makes the room very cool and comfortable. It's an exceptional value.

I ordered an air con unit Friday 12th August including Saturday delivery. It was delivered at 7.30am Saturday morning. User manual was easy to follow and it was up and running within 30 minutes of opening the box. What a great machine, first time in a while that I was comfortable during this hot weather. Only one problem, there was a very small split in the exhaust hose. I contacted climachill via email on Monday morning to notify them about this.
Within 30 minutes I had received a reply with an apology for the problem. A new hose was despatched and received Tuesday morning.

We recently refurbished a property in Sussex and decided to put A/C in all our bedrooms. We got a number of quotes but decided to go with a local firm. Paul and his team could not have been better. From the very first meeting, they gave us tremendous advice and support and during both first fix and the final installation, they were extremely courteous, clean & tidy and the upmost professionals in every way. Given the extreme heat this summer we were very glad to have made the decision to put AC in and we were delighted with the service from Climachill.

This review is just to update,

We had an Aircon installation from this company around 18 months ago, had a huge amount of issues with the company being called a liar etc.

The machine no longer gets cold, even upon countless amounts of money trying to fix it we are taking the option to replace the unit with a much better quality version. None of the features on the Midea Aircon works including the app and everything else surrounding this machine.

My advice to anyone is to do an awful lot more research for going with the company for unit, that was a very expensive mistake that we made.

Climachill was extremely responsive and helpful from our first initial enquiry email all the way to installation. They were professional and good at giving advice and good value compared with other similar services. We have been totally satisfied with the 4 AC units that were installed at the start of summer. In April 2021, Climachill installed Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning comprising 4 internal units and 2 outdoor units over 3 days. An old Daikin split unit was moved and repaired to an outside shed. The home installation team was excellent getting the install done while implementing numerous Covid precautions.
Our two red units are intelligent and super efficient at heating, cooling and air purifying. We use them nearly every day. They work well together with our under floor healing and heat recovery ventilation systems.
Control from the MelCloud App is fast with current room temperature and reporting. Scenes inside the App allows controlling of multiple indoor units across multiple outdoor units. App also works remotely. A "Hey Google" also voice controls the indoor units. The remote controls have a few extra controls not implemented in the App.
These Covid times are delaying the fixing of the very loud water/air gurgling noise issue with our white and black indoor units. (Avoid temperature controlled water pumps if concealing pipework within walls.) This stops us using these units for cooling while trying to sleep. Sure this will get resolved quickly when daily Covid cases massively drop from the current 40k.
Continue to be very pleased with Paul and his team as we choose them from our great experience with the previous maintaining our Daikin and Hitachi air conditioners over the last few years. They now maintain our heat recovery ventilation system for us.
