Afters Sutton

Went as a birthday treat for my daughter. It was OK. A couple of the items we wanted they didnt have. I didn't finish my soda float, the flake In it tasted weird and the float itself tasted nutty. The staff did their job but nothing over that, not even a smile. When your spending £60 on deserts and drinks you expect a bit more especially as it was for a birthday treat. Wasn't blown away.

Huge portions even for an adult, I recommend lowering the price and using only 2 scoops instead of 3. Will always go back, ***** 5 STARS ***** ice cream place.

Me and my friends went to afters in Sutton and the person serving us charged us extra money. In the end my friend spent £20 on one sundae and one waffle
. Very suspicious as there was no prices on the menu for each waffle and crepe. Disappointed

Ordered 2 waffles with 2 shakes through Deliveroo . Rider showed up with crepes and cookie dough,then took them back in order to bring my original order but never showed up back again.I waited for good 40 mins then started calling Afters,No response from them.
Pathetic service,unhappy customer,my kids went to bed crying (they were so looking forward to their waffles).

Nice ice cream but the employee scrapped the bottom of the container which did not amount a full scoop. When I enquired why that was considerably smaller than my son's scoope he laughed it off when I expected him to top it up. Not great customer serivce.

Crepes and milkshakes are nice. Staff are friendly

I ordered a make it your own crepe, when eating i came across a piece of plastic in my food . I was very disappointed and felt sick all afternoon not knowing if i have digested any plastic. Tried to contact the store but had no luck at all .

Literally got con by a member of the staff on a single espresso that cost £1.95 and the guy charged me £2,95 when confronted with menu prices stating the price for a single espresso of £1,95 he try to charge me for something else that no one knew what it was. Did not apologise for trying to steal from me and my sis. Scumbag
