Donhead Preparatory School

Donhead was a great primary school for my 3 sons. They were encouraged to strive in both, academic and non-academic areas, including music, art and sports, where rugby, cricket are the sports they compete most in. They learned life long lessons of values and morals. All denominations are welcome. My sons are now respectful, hard-working, conscientious, kind young adults. Great Primary school!

Donhead is a truly amazing and unique school. It is a loving environment that successfully balances 2 important aspects of education : the nurturing of pupils into becoming caring and responsible youngsters and the delivery of a framework that enables the pupils to achieve their own academic excellence. A Donhead pupil enjoys the benefits of a Donhead education beyond their Donhead days. The benefits continue through senior school and life.

Our son had 6 fantastic years at Donhead before moving on to Kings school. Warm, caring environment,excellent teaching and pastoral care. We r still friends with a lot of the parents in r sons yr group.

We had 10 very happy years at Donhead with our two sons and were very sad to leave.

I had 2 boys attend Donhead from Reception to Year 6.
I think they had the best primary education you could ask for. They were loved, cared for, kept active and interested and experienced an extremely well rounded education. Academic standards were rigorous with an extremely strong ethos at its core guiding the boys in a positive and morally purposeful direction.

We couldn’t have chosen a better school for our son. Donhead has a loving and caring environment and is also academically rigorous. Our son had seven amazing years at the school!

Spectacular school where my 2 boys studied and grew enormously in their strengths, respect and kindness. I highly recommend this school for any boys from the UK or any other part of the world, as it is a very international school. Five stars!!!!
