Royal Tandoori

Great food super fast service. I’m coming back very soon. Love it!!! Must try This place everyone.

I went there last night with my family and will never be going back there again! Had to wait for over an hour for the food and there wasn’t even a lot of people there. Was too busy concentrating on deliveries. Also I feel they don’t like black people very much either. Felt hostile and was with my mrs and her sister who are both white. To top it off when they food finally came mine still didn’t. My mrs and her sister both nearly finished theirs, so I told them to cancel my order. The only reason why I’ve given two stars is because the food was decent, not the best but not the worst and they ended up giving me mine for free. On top of that the kids meals were a rip off too, some hard dead nuggets and chips £8 each. I think they made that up as wasn’t even on a menu, we had to ask them. Also I asked for a jd and red bull and the guy said he doesn’t understand what I mean and they don’t have red bull after my sister in law just just ordered a red bull. Very disappointing experience, racism definitely isn’t dead! As for the decor and layout very old fashioned and you would never catch me dead in there again unless they kill me and drag me in.

Went in with a work colleague on Friday evening around 7 o’clock ordered drink which were brought to the table quickly then we poppadoms with were again brought to the table quickly with salad and dips the poppadoms were hot and crispy, then ordered our mains which arrived in good time the Curries & Nans were on the best I’ve had, my friend commented his lamb was cooked nice and melted in mouth, I tried a piece and found it was nice, my. Chicken Tikka Bhuna was also cooked to perfection, we both agreed we will back at least once a week while working down here ( our work takes us all over the UK so have eaten Indian food in different towns & cities) this is amongst the top 6 for its food

Had a meal for 2 tonight, food was amazing and couldn't fault the service. The waiter (didn't catch his name) suggested another dish for me to try (as I said I always have the same) and it was lovely. Will definitely be returning very soon.

The food was very worse. The starters were added something that reduced our appetite. Rice was so dry. There was lit of colour added in the food. Found hair in food. Bottle water was £4.5 Huh. Worst experience. Thanks will visit again.😏

I am giving one star because that is the least one to add a review. They are taking 9.95 buffet for under 10 who hadly eat anything. Per head 12.95 for buffet with less choices and lot of food colour in the curry. Not an Indian authentic taste or flavour. I doubt the nutritional value of the food and its safety. Real indian people won't recommend this as a real Indian restaurant for a buffet.

Our team at K&A Chartered Surveyors have celebrated our success this year for a nice Christmas lunch yesterday and i can undoubtedly say that Royal Tandoori didn’t disappoint. The customer service was exemplary, food was of very high quality and we have all had an amazing time. Thank you team Tandoori and hope to see you all again very soon.

We had our K&A Surveyors Christmas party at the Royal Tandoori, Dartford and we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received, Abdul, Haleem and his team made our evening one to remember, they were very accommodating and gave us good recommendations on their foods.
