Really good tasting India food (...and I eat a lot of curries)!

It did take quite a long time to get the main dishes after we had ordered - popadoms came fast though. Overall cost was I thought was quite pricey (£12/13 per curry, that was with rice as well though).

Delicious!
Best Indian food I’ve had in a long time. Great atmosphere with nice music and friendly staff. I can’t find the words to describe how amazing this food was. It made me really happy. I will definitely come again and again. If you love Indian food and you’re in this area, this place is a must. It’s COVID-19 safe: they have the social distancing screens and the staff wear masks covering nose and mouth!
Lots of vegetarian and vegan options!😍

A great little curry house, with friendly staff. A nice and varied, contemporary menu, that isn't too badly priced.

Service was rather slow as apparently there was a problem.
But it was worth the wait. Starter of tiger prawns was amazing and mains were just as good. Beautiful spicing and so tasty.
Will be back and hope for smoother service next time.

A bit dissapointing to be honest. We took advantage of the 50% off offer for a midweek curry with 2 of our friends. The service was very friendly but slow, though in fairness, they had a large table on the go and it was probably unusually busy for mid week. Out of 8 poppadoms 4 were chewy - I assume they were fried earlier and were stale. The pickles were without doubt the most tasteless I have ever encountered and so runny you couldn't keep them on the poppadom. I should say that we didn't complain at the time not wanting to spoil an unusal mid week treat. The main courses were fine but nothing special. It wasn't bad value with the offer but I certainly wouldn't be paying those full prices for what we received.

We couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy our dinner. Warm welcoming staff, attentive and looked after us very well. Menu was extensive. I found my dishes to be very satisfying. I ordered Chicken/Lamb Shashlick and Garlic Naan. This had a real nice flavour profile. Food was freshly made, came swiftly, also great portions size. Perfect place. Go check it out!

My first Indian in Bury... though I’ve had Indian cuisine plenty in previous places I’ve lived and London. I really want to try others in town but I’m hooked on Orissa’s garlic mussel and garlic naan. I also enjoy their lamb and chicken korma. The vindaloo is also pretty good but packed with lots of heat if you’re not ready! I highly suggest for others to try out if you enjoy Indian cuisine. You won’t be disappointed!
