Saffron Indian Takeaway

When we placed an order the delivery time was an hour ( was peak time on a Saturday) so we called and asked to collect if it would be quicker, the restaurant was more than happy. Then we received a call 10 minutes later to say , food is ready and they will deliver it to us now. Excellent service!

Love this place, Best Indian by far, and deliver to where I live which is really good as a most places don't.
And they are still doing discount for NHS. Thank you. Much appreciated

Absolute nightmare! It said on the website 45min delivery. It finally arrived 1h20m later with only half the order. Driver said he would sort it, 15 minutes later still no info so I called. The guy on the other end had no idea. It was going to take at least 35min for the rest to arrive!! Never again. Ruined a nice night in.

Best place for take away. Loads of variety and tasty dishes to select from. Quick service. Yummy food. 🤗

We absolutely used to love your food etc, 4 to 5 stars, but must say that in our opinion things have changed dramatically.

1 1/2 hour wait, cold, hardly any lamb and chicken in 2 dishes and 2/3 of pilau rice.

Sally lamb was extremely bland whivh has been a favorite in the past.

Really disappointing experience the last few orders!

Last time you also got our order wrong, so it is fair to say that we aren't impressed anymore 😢

We were out on an evening trip and stumbled across this takeaway.
What a lovely surprise to find great authentic food at a reasonable cost.
Will definitely visit again whilst passing Salisbury.
Cooked perfect.
Plenty of flavour
Plenty of meat within the dishes.

Only half a meal was delivered but they were unwilling to understand impact caused. Offered partial refund £2.95 despite fact whole meal for one of our party was completely ruined. Shame as been loyal for 4 years and service has always been top draw whilst trading as Takdir. Be aware that if you’re ordering on line you are now dealing with a completely different business who have zero interest in customer. All about ££££ would strongly advise you spent your money with ShaJ or chutneys.. better food and better service.

What a great place. My car broke down before I could collect, gave them a call and they instantly organised delivery! When the grub arrived a short time later we were delighted to find it was absolutely delicious. The best Indian takeout we've had, will definitely be using them again next time we are in the area.
