Spice Indian Takeaway

Have to say that this takeaway is very good indeed. The food is of superb quality, very tasty and the price is reasonable.

Great tasting food great people. A couple of incomplete orders but was soon rectified.

Good value for money. Gave some extras. Nice customer service + free delivery (though payment is 50p regardless of method?) Chicken dhansak was good, butter chicken was fine but didn't really taste of butter chicken. Will likely return :)

If you think you might be hungry in the next 2-3 hours then you should have ordered yesterday.....

The food took over 2 hours to come.. the delivery driver was extreamly rude.

The gave us the wrong rice and the food was luke warm.. my baby actually has hotter baths..

The kids were so hungry they had to eat a pot noodle.

Just finished our meal.....it was bloody lovely. Both chose Balti tikka dansak the chicken was nice big chunks and plenty of it, will definitely use again.

Would never recommend this takeaway, I ordered a takeaway a few weeks ago which took an hour and 50 minutes to come, I kept ringing to see where it was and I kept getting told ‘listen to me, listen to me it’s 5 minutes away’ very very rude people, customers should never be spoken to and lied to like that. I waited 10 minutes and rang them back and then got told it was two minutes away so I asked to speak to the boss to which they replied he’s out delivering (probably another lie) eventually when my takeaway got here it was wrong and the delivery guy had to run to Tesco and get the remaining of my order! When he returned after a further 10 minutes I told him I was writing a bad review so he asked me please not to and I will get something free with my next order so I never wrote one. I rang up today 3 weeks later to order some food and got passed to 3 different people to explain the situation and my address only to get told ‘listen to me’ again, I was told I could have 2 free popadoms and salad but that’s not what I was promised. In the end the guy there told me cancel your order and put the phone down on me. These people are UNBELIEVABLE and I have never come across anybody as rude as this when ordering food in my life! They lack customer service skills massively and in my eyes don’t even know how to run a business. Don’t understand how they are even in business it is a complete and utter joke!

Food was insane, late but still warm and worth the wait. Definitely order again
